Dr: Baby is no more and patient is too weak. You have to take care of her. She need proper care, rest and atmosphere and yaa may be most of the time her mood get angry, frustrated. Support her. She will need these medicines (handing prescription) and I injected her now. By morning she will get conciousness

Dr nodded and left. Sidoo fell on his knees

Sidoo (sobbing): That rascal killed my baby. 1st he was forcing my love then he killed my unborn child

Sid sat in front of sidoo. Sid hug him tight and was crying badly

Sm (sitting beside sidoo, rubbing his back): Calm down my son calm down. Everything will be fine and if you will break like this then who will take care of Avanti?

After few minutes of sobbing. Sidoo calmed down. All sat on sofa

Reem: I think we shouldn't tell Avanti now about pregnancy and miscarriage
Sm: Hmm.... 1st let her be fine then we can share with her and by the time Sonia will also come back

He changed her clothes and clean her. While changing her clothes he noticed a few marks on her stomach

After getting fresh he laid beside avanti hugging her. He was silently sobbing and was cursing anshul for killing his and Avanti's child

Sidoo's pov (he softly rested his hand on Avanti's stomach): Here was my baby. Mine and Avanti's love. Our little angel

Sidoo (mumbling): May be on that day she felt pain or something that's why she reacted like this. My baby was already here. We didn't got to know. I won't leave that anshul

With Sid. He too laid on bed and hug a pillow as tears were rolling on his cheeks as well

His mind was still stucked with Avu.

Sid's pov: I promised muski. I will go with her for my her surgery. She was already scared and nervous for surgery and I couldn't even complete my promise. Abhi nodded. Reem excuses herself. She went in room and was talking with Jai. After sometime they hang up the call. While coming downstairs. She saw avai was wake. Reem went in her room

Reem (smiled): Good Morning princess
Avai (tears rolling on her cheeks): Bhabhi I am safe. I literally haven't thought monster will leave me
Reem (sat beside avai): Sidoo came there. He protected his love. Now let's get fresh fast. All are waiting for you at breakfast

Avai nodded. Reem helped her in getting fresh then both went down. Everyone saw avai and smiled. Reem make her sit beside sidoo

Avai (looking at sid): You are safe? Where you were?
Sid: I met accident then don't know. Yesterday ridham came to hospital
Avai (smiled): You are fine? Don't worry about Twiny. She will be back soon with us for lifetime

Sid smiled and nodded

Avai (held sidoo's hand): Sidoo Thank you for saving me
Sidoo (held her hand, kissing on it): You are my life. I will always there to protect you and support you. No need of Thanks for it
Avai (nodded): I wanted to tell you something. Ummm.... sidoo I am.. i am pregnant

She had bright smile of face and others were shocked. All were out of words
