Author: I will use Siddharth as Sid. Siddhanth as Sidoo. Avneet as Avi. Avanti as Avai. The different quality Sid has is dark brown hairs Where sidoo has black hairs and sidoo always wear specs. After a month....

In this whole month. Nandra's never leave avi alone for single moment. She looks very weak nowadays and her sudden pains and breathing issues are increasing day by day. She didn't went to park. In school, avai was always beside her. They are done with 8th std. Abhinavi, jaireem too completed 10th std.

It was evening time. At Nandra mansion. In twin's room. Avai was packing Avi's bag.

Avi's pov: Today me and bhai are leaving for England. My treatment. Don't know for how much time we have to stay there. I will miss mom and my Twiny. Cause of me everyone is worried. It's been 1month I didn't met Ashu. I am literally missing him. Thank God my family agreed that they won't share with anyone that I am suffering from Doytrea not even to ash. I don't want sympathy of anyone. We told ash we are going to England so that me and bhai can study in Oxford University. Mom arranged there Paying guest (PG) house for us. An old couple lives there with whom we are gonna live. Mom don't want to take any risk with my health that's why she arranged this. So that if because of any reason bhai will go out leaving me alone that uncle, aunty can take care of me for sometime in bhai's absence.

Avai shook her.

Avai: Twiny what happened?
Avi: Nothing. I will miss you.

Avai sat beside her.

Avai (hug her): I love you Twiny.
Avi (hug her back): I love you too Twiny.
Avai (broke the hug): Now let's go down bhai must be waiting for us.

Avi nodded. Both went down and saw Jai and am waiting for them.

Jai: Let's go avi or we will be late.
Am (hug avi): Jai take care of your little sister. Don't leave her alone and after every check up update me about her condition and everything.
Jai: Yes mom don't worry.
Am: And avi you will not trouble your brother at all. Take your medicine properly and obey his each and every order. Get well soon mera bacha.

The broke the hug and kiss Avi's forehead. Avi smiled.

Am (hug jai): I love you beta.
Jai (hug her back): I love you too mom.
Am: And you will take admission in Oxford University and search good school for your sister.
Jai: Yes mom don't worry.

The broke the hug. Avai hug jai.

Avai: Bhai come back soon and bring my Twiny well and fine.
Jai: Yes my princess.

He kissed her forehead. Ash came. She hug avi and bid them bye.

At airport. Avi, jai bid bye to everyone.

Jai: Avai, ash my little sisters take care of yourself

Avai smiled a little and nodded where as ash was shocked.

Ash (shocked): What I am to you?
Jai: Little sister. Sorry I never said this but seriously you are like my little sister.

Ash nodded as she was lack of words and hurt too. Jaineet bid bye and sat in flight for England. Ash, avai, am went back home. Ash was controlling her tears whole time even she didn't talking with anyone.

After sometime. At Nigam mansion. In twins room. Sid was pacing here and there in room. Sidoo was reading his book.

Sidoo: Buddy what happened? Why you are worried?
Sid: See today also muskan didn't came to meet me.
Sidoo (smirk): Haayeee!! Bhabhijaan.

Sid blush.

Sid: Shut up. I am worried as on last meet she wasn't feeling well.
Sidoo: Buddy chill. Soon you will meet with her.

Sid (sighed): Let's hope. I am missing her badly.
Sidoo (smiled): Missing bhabhijaan.
Sid (glaring): Abee chuppp!!

They both starts running. Sid starts chasing Sidoo. Both were running in room then went in living area where abhi was busy with vaish and reem. Sm was in kitchen. Twins just messed everything in living area.

Abhi (shouts): Idiots what you both are doing can't you sit properly?
Sidoo: Bhai Buddy was chasing me.

Sm came out of kitchen.

Sid (pointing at sidoo): Mom, he was irritating me
Sidoo: I didn't did anything you were busy in bhabhi.......
