Suddenly while having dinner avi starts coughing badly then blood started ozing from her mouth and within some seconds she faints. Jai, avai, am were shocked and worried. They were shaking her trying to waking her.

Avai (worried, patting Avi's cheek): Hey get up. Get up. What happened to her mom?
Am (worried): Take her hospital quickly jai

Jai took avi in arms and rushed towards car. Am and avai followed him till car. Jai laid her on back seat then he sat and took her in head on his lap and patting her cheeks trying to wake her. Am sat on driver seat and Avai sat beside Am. They left for hospital in rush. At hospital.

Avai (ran towards receptionist): It's emergency please call dr.

Jai came with avi in his arms. Receptionist saw them and arranged a stretcher. Jai laid avu on stretcher. Dr came. Dr quickly took her in emergency room. Jai was pacing here and there. Am was crying badly. Avai was feeling week and dizzy. Suddenly avai too faints.

Am (shouts): Avai....

Jai quickly ran towards them.

Jai: Hey champ. What happened?
Am (worried): Jai call Dr quickly.

He went to call dr. They took her in room.

Am (Crying badly): What happened to them suddenly.

She hug Jai. He held his tears and hug his mother.

Jai: Mom be strong nothing will happen to them

Meanswhile at Nigam mansion. All were having dinner. Suddenly sid, sidoo starts feeling uneasy and weak. Sid quickly ran towards washroom as he was feeling vomiting. Sm, Abhi were worried.

Sidoo (patting for breath): I can't breath. I can't breath

Tears were rolling on his cheeks

Sm (rubbing sidoo's back): Abhi go and check on Sid. Sidoo what happened? Try to breath.

Abhi ran towards Sid. Sid was puking. Abhi was rubbing his back. Abhi, Sm both were worried for Sid and sidoo where as Jai and Am were worried of Avi and Avai.

Somewhere else a Man was worried.

Man (worried): No. this isn't possible
Boy: What happened dad? Why you are worried?
Man: Beta you won't understand. Go from here.
Boy: But dad-
Man (cuts him): I said nah go. You are too small for all these.

Boy left sadly.

Man (in mind): ALHIM (God) Who is suffering please get them free. ALAKAZAM (He joined his hands.)

Few minutes later. Ay Nigam mansion. Sidoo's breathing got normal and abhi, sid came there. Sm opens her arms the three went and hug her.

Sm (teary eyes): You three are my lifelines...

A minute later they broke the hug and sat on Seats.

Sm: Are you both Okay?

Sid, sidoo nodded.

Abhi: What happened to you guys?
Sid: Don't know.
Sidoo: Even me too.
Sm: Would you like to have something?
Sud, sidoo (in unison): No mom.
Sm: Okay. Go and take rest.

Both nodded and left in room. But they were little upset don't know why.

(At hospital. Dr came out of one room. Jai, Am rushed to him)

Jai: Dr is she okay?
Dr: Yaa she is. It's just she was stressed so she faints. Soon she will be concious.

Jai nodded. Dr left. Few minutes later. Dr came out.

Am: Dr how's my daughter?
Dr: I have to do some tests. You have to wait.
Jai: Is she concious?
Dr: No. We inject her she need some rest and have to do some tests.

Jai nodded. Dr left.
