So, leaving Pansy and Crabbe in Vegas, we went on to travel the world for a year long honeymoon. Just the four of us - Draco, myself, Jack, and Scorpius (oh, and Mr Dog, as Jack kept reminding me.).

We did it Muggle style, of course. Hopping on airplane after airplane, taking long train journeys across vast countrysides, hiring cars which we drove up long stretches of deserted highways and sailing in boats across choppy seas.

It was a world away from the life Jack and I used to live, all those years underground with not even a single window to look out of.

We were in Egypt admiring the Sphinx when we received news that Pansy had given birth to a fourteen-pound baby boy whom they named Gregory. ("Gregory Crabbe?" Draco had spluttered. "That's going to take some getting used to.")

And, during our stay in the Philippines (Jack went crazy with excitement when I told him we were going to hike the Chocolate Hills), Hermione popped her head up in the background of one of Jack's video chats to Orion to announce that she was pregnant again.

I thought Draco was going to have a heart attack. ("They conceived it in my parent's bed!" "You don't know that," I reasoned, "for all you know they could have been feeling frisky over dinner one night and done it on the dining table, or even had a go on your childhood bed. They have a highly active sex life, believe me, I know - I used to sleep in the room next to them.")

He seemed oddly disgusted by this considering the things we used to get up to in his treehouse.

In fact, even on our travels, wherever we stayed, Draco insisted we slept in a separate room from the boys so he could have 'Mummy time'. Not that Jack minded, we always stayed in fancy five-star hotel suites anyway so separate rooms was never an issue.

And whenever we had to resort to camping, we just used Lucius's old pop-up mansion tent that we had stayed in during the Quidditch World Cup. Unfortunately, the peacocks were all dead though and Draco forgot to replace them.

But we made do.

Exactly a year after we were married, we touched back down on English soil.

"Welcome home, sleeping beauty." A husky voice murmured in my ear.

An arm tightened around me and I blearily lifted my head realising I had fallen asleep on Draco's shoulder in the limo drive from the airport.

He emitted a soft low chuckle upon seeing my dazed expression as I looked around. We had indeed arrived back at Malfoy Manor, the mansion looming large and dark above us.

I sat up to stretch my arms back, and cards fell from my body to the floor of the limo. We had been in the middle of playing Blackjack.

"Sorry," I yawned, jutting my chest out. "I'm just shattered after all that flying."

"The boys too," Draco said softly, his eyes twinkling as he tore them away from my breasts and beckoned over to where both Jack and Scorpius were gently snoring in their car seats opposite us.

I gently roused Jack awake as Draco unbuckled Scorpius.

"Hey, little fox," I whispered, "we're home. And guess who's going to be so excited to see you again?"

He sleepily looked around dazed and confused. "Orion?" He whispered croakily, his eyes suddenly widening.

And then he was wide awake, jumping out of his booster seat to eagerly get out and be reunited with his old friend.

"I feel as though I should carry you over the threshold or something," Draco mused as he kissed my forehead once we were all out of the car, glancing up at his childhood home.
