Reuniting

Killua POV:

     I...I can't believe this! They sent Gon to make me feel better? It worked but damn. I'm glad he's here though. I look at his face and notice that he isn't smiling. "Gon?" his face is expressionless. "Yeah?" I look at him worried. I stand up to walk to Gon. I get a closer look at his face. It was completely blank. His eyes were pretty dull, and not like the light like I used to see... "Are you okay?" He looks at me and smiles the ever so bit. "Yeah. You should head downstairs." He grabs my hand and brings me to the door. As we walk down the hall to the stairs, I ask him a question, "Gon, did you mean what you said earlier?" He stops. "N-no." That was the first time I heard him stutter. I then got suspicious but pretended to shrug it off.

Gon POV:

     He actually thought about what I said? I thought he was going to be distracted by my presence? Whatever, it's not like he really cares anymore anyway, he already brushed it off. We walked to the kitchen and Kurapika and Leorio are happy to see Killua downstairs. "Glad to see you here, we were relieved when Gon let us know that you were eating." Kurapika said with passion. "We knew Gon would make you happy." Leorio says as they brought Killua into a hug. I watch them, smiling how I would back then, but I didn't really FEEL like smiling. I smiled the smile without showing my teeth. "Well," I started. "I'm gonna go-" Kurapika grabs my hand, and I wince. Luckily, no one noticed. Kurapika pulls me into the hug and I was very shocked. I tried my best to hold in my tears.

No POV:

     Gon pulls away at the thought of Mito's hugs. He runs out the door. "Gon! Where are you going?!" Killua uses godspeed and runs after him. He catches up to him as Gon trips. Killua catches him and notices that Gon is crying. "H-hey Gon, a-are you sure you're okay?" Gon nods but hugs Killua and buries himself in Killua's chest. Tears fall down his eyes. "Killua?" Killua looks down at him(Gon is shorter than Killua now). "Yeah?" Gon speaks as tears roll down on Killua's shirt. "Am- Am I annoying?" Killua gets angered at the sentence that Gon said. "Wha- WHAT DO YOU MEA-" Before Killua could finish his sentence, Gon was fast asleep in Killua's arms.

Killua POV:

     Before I took off back to my place, I took a good look at Gon(Not trying to be creepy-). He looked very tired. His hair was down, how could I not notice? He had bags under his eyes, and he looked like he had cried for hours. I didn't see this earlier, why not? I placed him on my back. 'He seems so light...' I carried him home where Kurapika and old man were waiting. "What took so lon-" Kurapika started but then noticed the tired Gon on my back. He sighed. "I should have texted him earlier. I haven't texted him in years." Leorio looks at his phone. "Me either. Have you Killua?" I look at my phone with Gon still fast asleep on my back. "No..." I looked at everyone's faces; they all looked very guilty. "W-well let's bring Gon inside. He's probably tired. I nod.

Kurapika POV:

     It's been a couple hours since we placed Gon in Killua's bed. I understand though. He needs his rest. But now, everyone on the couch seems so bored. That's when I came up with an idea(I always make the best ideas). "Guys. GUYS." I paused between each word. Killua and Leorio look at me. "Yeah?" They both say. "How about some Never Have I Ever? I heard about it when the Troupe was playing it once." I say shivering, kinda glad I killed them all. "Sure." Killua says. I guess." Leorio also says. "Ok." I say before starting my question. Killua rolled his eyes then sighs. I start to speak, "Never Have I E-" Gon walks to the living room. "Hi guys." he says without smiling or anything he would do back then.

Gon POV:

     All of them looked at me weird. It was mixed faces for each of them. I break the silence and speak. "So what are you playing?" Kurapika explains to me and he goes back to the question. "Ok, never have I ever, 'killed someone'." I felt like laughing when I realized only Leorio never killed people but couldn't crack myself a smile. Me, Killua, and Kurapika put down a finger. Leorio puts on his anger face and Killua and Kurapika laugh. I look at Killua. 'He looks, really pretty when he's laughing..' Wait, WHAT AM I THINKING?! He wouldn't like someone as annoying and stupid as me. I interrupt their laughing by saying, "Are we gonna continue?" I accidentally made the word 'continue' sound a bit sad. Killua looks at me. I can tell that he was trying to look through my emotions. I let out a nice smile, and I guess that's all he needed for me to reassure him. "Okay..." His voice sort of drifted off as he started to say his Never Have I Ever.

Killua POV:

   What should I ask? I don't want to ask anything personal for any of them. *sigh* "Never Have I Ever, hurt mentally or physically my brother Illumi." I chuckle when all of us put down a finger. Gon slightly smiles. Kurapika slightly smiles as well, while Leorio is dying. "When?" I ask them. "5 years ago, when you left the end of the Hunter Exam." Gon says immediately. I'm surprised no one found his quick answer suspicious. "I ran into him on my time when the troupe was still alive." Kurapika says. "I punched him in the face." Leorio said while snickering. "During the Hunter Exam-" I exclaim, starting to snicker with Leorio. Gon and Kurapika just stare at us. I feel Gon's cold stare directed on me. I hadn't seen those eyes since...never mind. I stop chuckling and gesture to move on. It's Gon's turn.

Leorio POV:

     My son hesitates before saying anything. "Never have I ever, ate and threw up." Gon says hesitating between his words. I put down a finger and get humiliated by the looks at me. Before I say anything, Gon puts down a finger. "You've thrown up food?" Killua says, sounding worried. "Yeah, b-but it was only a few times." I could tell he was lying. He wasn't making eye contact. "Let's continue." He continues sternly. "Ok my turn." I say, trying to brush off Gon's lie. "Never have I ever, lied to my friends." Gon kind of trembles a bit. Killua looks at me with a confused face. "I'm pretty sure we never lied to each other old man." Gon puts down a finger. He looks down, so you can't see his expression.

Gon POV:

     I can't believe it! Leorio saw through it?! I have to come up with a fake lie so they don't get suspicious of me! I open my mouth to speak, "I-i lied about...Mito-san." It wasn't exactly a lie, I was telling the truth, just not what I'm sure Leorio wanted me to say. "What about Aunt Mito?" Kurapika asks. "Sh- she-" I start. I close my eyes and remember the day...that day... "She died..." I didn't notice that I said that out loud. I opened my eyes and saw big shocked faces. They all yelled in unison, "She WHAT?!"
