I woke up from the loudass alarm. I didnt get much sleep, because i woke up at 7AM and i slept at 5AM. As i stood up from bed, i heard my drunk father coming upstairs. 'Come downstairs! And no breakfast today' he said. 'I wasnt hungry anyways, thanks i guess' i answered.
As i brushed my teeth i heard my phone ringing. It was my best friend. She said: 'Can you pick me up Kay? I'm lonely and i dont wanna go to school alone lol' I hung up on her.
I was at her door. She opened the door before i knocked on it. 'Lets go!' we both said. We laughed so hard that our faces turned into a tomato.
As we walked to school, we saw a girl walking the same way we were going. She was very pretty and seemed my age. 'Someone's in love~' my friend said. 'Shut up, i don't even know her' i replied.
It got quiet for a few seconds. Then my friend started talking again: 'We probably both forgot there would be a new classmate'. I was quiet for a few seconds, trying to remember when the teacher told us. After awhile i finally remembered. 'Oh! I totally forgot the teacher told us. Was it a boy or a girl?' I asked. 'Uhm i think the teacher told us she was non-binary? Just like you!' I giggled out of nowhere.
My friend watched the time. 'KAY! WE ARE LATE! RUN RUN' She said. We both started running. 'She's a runner she's a trackstar' i said. We laughed and almost got out of breath.
As we arrived at school, we didnt see the new student yet. We didnt say a word. 'Good morning guys, you're late' the teacher said to us. We didnt give a shit and got to our places.
