Everest POV| i woke up to footsteps and a voice and i also heard Eren. when the footsteps were fading away out of curiosity i got up and went to where ever i heard the foot steps but i didn't walk close enough so whoever was ahead of me was could hear but i was also out of sight from front and back. i dont know how long that walk was but it was a while. i remember the man who was with Eren taking out a syringe with some weird purple substance inside it. i noticed Eren didn't like what was happening so i exposed myself to try and stop the man but by then the weird purple substance was injected into Eren and a bright orb of light that could basically probably blind someone took place. the man held me still and thats when i realized Eren became a titan. My eyes widened in fear and this is when i realized i should've never have had curiosity get the best of me. i squirmed trying to get out of the mans grip but instead he threw me towards Eren. i panicked trying to get back on my feet and some other man snatched me running behind a bush while the man put me down and Erens view switched from me to the man who tried to get me killed. i've witnessed a titan kill someone, now i had to watch another die and even if he didn't have mercy for me i still felt bad watching him get devoured. but for some reason soon after Eren turned back to human after eating that man. I was too traumatized and confused to understand what was going on, The man knew i was completely terrified. Back then i didn't know why but he had hesitation in his eyes when he looked at me as if he wanted to end me because i've seen something i wasn't supposed to, He grabbed me by the hand leading me and then let go to pick up Eren, he told me to follow him and i listened. He looked straight forward and made me promise not to tell anyone what i seen, i nodded agreeing something told me this had to be something i should worry about in the future, but not now. Not now because its too early to worry, and that this is only the beginning of whats left up ahead.
