Aizawa walked into Heights Alliance, seeing Midoriya, Iida, Tsuyu, Tokoyami, and Ojiro. "Ah. Tell the class this one was hit by a quirk whenever they see him," his monotone voice stated, causing the five to stand up quickly. "Kirishima? Are you okay?" "I would like to know what the quirk entails before we can let him safely parade in here-" "Iida calm down, let Sensei speak" Tsuyu cut the rest of them off, and Aizawa sighed.
Kirishima took a step forward into the dorms, and slightly lowered his hands from his chest. In his hands laid a bright, beautiful pink heart. "It looks like a floating crystal of some kind.." Ojiro pointed out, and Tokoyami nodded, "It appears to be sacred: from the way he's carrying it." The teacher nodded as Kirishima pulled it back close to him. "He was taking a morning jog, and it turns out he accidentally bumped into someone. They're quirk causes the person they hit to be fully open. Not with only just emotions, but their heart also takes an outwards form from their bodies. Do NOT touch it, as you could potentially damage it and kill him."
Kirishima flinched as he was told he could potentially die- and easily from the sound of it. "But it isn't fragile enough that movement will hurt it. As long as he keeps it close, and no one actually hurts it, touching it seems fine. At least that's all the data we have on her quirk. You're free to go: alert everyone first." Aizawa left quickly, and Iida and Midoriya pulled out their phones to text the class' group chat. Kirishima felt his phone vibrate like crazy in his pocket, but he was too focused on staring down at his hands. The heart wasn't very large, but it could barely fit in between both hands; the light was peaking out from between the large gaps of his fingers.
"Can you feel whatever happens to it?" Tsuyu questioned, eyes blinking widely up at the redhead. Kirishima nodded, "It dropped from my chest to the ground as soon as I was hit. It fell fast, and neither of us could catch it in time. I.." He swallowed a breath. "It hurt. A lot. Turned black, too."
At the description the five paled. "So do we need to cancel game night?" Midoriya asked, wide eyes searching Kirishima's. The man shook his head, "No, I can still go. It's fine."
Kirishima stayed hauled up in his room all day, and he only left when it was time for the Saturday evening games to begin. He was hungry, but he was scared to do much of anything. So he just napped all day. He took the stairs, cradling the light pink heart with careful hands.
"Kirishima! Are you okay?" Mina quickly alerted the class of his presence, and the redhead was surprised to already see Bakugou there. He was probably worried.. Heh, that's cute. Kirishima nodded, walking forward so he could sit next to the blond. Bakugou raised an eyebrow at the pale light shining through his hands, but he looked away swiftly with a huff.
Kirishima was glad he didn't ask about it: the whole class knew what happened, anyway. It then occurred to Kirishima that Bakugou left the class chat almost as soon as it was created. Kirishima swallowed his nerves, lowering his hands and gently pushing them towards the other. Bakugou blinked, expression wiped of anger and neutral-ness as he stared at the offered heart.
"Wanna touch it?" Kirishima grinned, and his secret-boyfriend blinked again. "Wouldn't it hurt or some shit? It's like- a more sensitive you, right?" He asked, tilting his head slightly. Kirishima nodded, holding the heart with one hand as he waved the other around when he talked. He always liked to talk with his hands.
The class watched with curiosity, wanting to see what would happen to the heart. "Well, it's sensitive, definitely. But touching it won't hurt: we already tested that. As long as you don't hit it really hard-fuck!" Kirishima cursed, the hand he was moving accidentally slamming into the heart. It pulsed a dangerous black, and Kirishima dropped it in his agony. Kirishima gripped his chest, then his eyes shot open to find where his heart went.
