I pick up my phone and I call Charlie and after a few seconds he answers and says "Hi what's up?" He asks "Well we're going out for dinner at 7:30"I say "Ok so what restaurant?" he asks "Scores" I say "Cool I'll meet you there? Or you want me to pick you up? Or you want to come and get me?" He asks "Oh I'll call you when I get into the car." I say "Ok I'll wait for your call" He says "Ok I'll call you" I say "Ok bye" He says and I could tell he's smirking "Bye" I say with a smile. I Check the time and its 7:25 I walk out of my room and close the door. I walk down stairs and see my parents sitting on the couch. "you ready to go?" Mom asks "Yes" I say "Ok well  Mark doesn't want to come so lets go." She says "Oh he doesn't want to come ok." I say as I walk outside "Is it ok if I meet you guy's there?" I ask "Where you going?" Dad asks "I'm going to pick him up." I say "Why?" Dad asks "Because if you guys like him then he and I will go hang out after." I say Mom looks at Dad and smacks his arm and gives him a look "Owen!"She starts then looks at me "Don't worry about us sweetheart go get him" She says I smile and give her a big hug. "Thanks guys I'll see you at Scores" I say and walk towards my Jeep,got in,and start it...

I take out my phone and call Charlie. "Hello" He says in a funny tone "Hey I'm on my way to your house." I say "Oh ok cool call me when you get here" He says "Ok see you in a few minutes." I say "Ok see you soon " He says in a funny tone "Ok bye"I say with a slight laugh and hang up the phone and continue driving towards his house. After 25 minutes I get to his house and call him"Hey I'm here" I say "Ok I'll be right out" he says and he hangs up the phone and after a few minutes he comes outside. He walks over and gets in the car "Hey" he says and gives me a kiss its small but sweet "Hey" I say and we both pull away and I start driving. "So are you nervous to meet my parents?" I ask as I look at him slightly "A little" He says with a little laugh. "Hey its going to be ok....They're gonna love you" I say as I put my hand on his which is on his lap and give him a sweet smile. After 20 minutes of talking,laughing,and making each other happy we get to our destination and get out of the car. We walk inside and get to the little podium and the waitress comes over and asks "Table for two?" Charlie and I look at each other and he puts our hands together "um no actually we're here with two other people." I say "Oh ok what name is it under?" she asks "I think it's under Lucy." I say she looks in the book"Oh ok here it is please follow me." she says and we both follow her. When we get closer to my parents table I see Charlie get more nervous than before I stop walking and look at him "Hey its going to be fine after we're finish dinner we'll go hang out anywhere you want ok but only if its ok with you?" I ask I look at him with shy smile. He smiles at me "Thank sounds awesome." He says I smile and gently take his hand and walk over to my parents. The kind waitress places our menus on the table and my parents look up at us. "Hey Mom and Dad this is Charlie......Charlie this is my Mom Lucy,and my Dad Owen." I say and Mom shake his hand "Hi it's so nice to finally meet you two" Charlie says"Its nice to meet you to Charlie"Mom says. I look at my dad and he has a somewhat mad look on his face and I guess he noticed I was looking at him and I gave him a'Be nice to him' look he nods at me. He looks at Charlie and says "Nice to meet you Charlie."
