Chapter 9

Charlie's POV
"Oh Owen's calling" I say to her as I answer "Hey dude" I say into the phone "Hey Charlie just wondering what's the place we're meetings at again Jeremy got us lost and I forgot the place is called where we're meet you" he says "oh I see we'll it's Parliament Hill in the nation's capital I'll send you the address so you could put it into the GPS" I say to him "Ok thanks see you soon" he says and he hangs us then I send him the address and I look back at Astrid "Ok should we get going?" She asks and I think for a second "Yess we should huh" I say in a stupid tone and she giggles "Ok but should we get changed or....." she asks "if you want to" I say and she runs upstairs and changes

She comes down and I'm speechless "what too much?" She asks "no you...l-look perfect"I say with a little stutter in my voice and she smiles. "Great let's get going" She says with a sky and a cute smile as she walks backward towards the front door. We both go outside and I lock the door then I turn around and she's standing next to both of our cars and faces me "So which car do we take?"she asks I look at both cars and I start to think then she says "Ok how about we take my car and you give me directions to the Parliament" she says as she takes her keys out and unlocks her car. The two of us get in the car and I take out my phone and I put Parliament Hill and we get going to the Parliament building. As we're driving I get a call "Hello?" I say "Hey Charlie we should be there in a few minutes how about you guys?" Mads ask "Oh we're almost there I'll call you when we're close" I say as I look at Astrid with a cute smile. "Ok can't wait to see you and this girl that you're so crazy about" She says 'Oh my god Mads you don't even know' I think to myself "Ok first I'm not crazy...I'm just very happy" I say with a smirk as I hear Astrid giggle. "Ohh her laugh sound so cute" Madison says in a very happy tone I slightly laugh "Ya I know" I say "Ok can't wait to see you guys bye" she says "Bye Mads oh also say bye to the guys for me and Astrid" I say "Alright bye"She says as she hangs up the phone "Ok we should be there in a few minutes" I say as I look at my gps "Ok so here is how it's going to go I'm going to drop you off here then I'm going to find a parking spot" she says as we get closer to the Parliament Building.

After 10 minutes We get to the Parliament
Astrid stops the car in front of the Parliament "Ok go see your friends and I'll park the car"She says with a cute smile "Ok call me if anything ok?" I say and she nods "Always" She says and I give her a kiss it's short but sweet then I get out of the car and I call Owen

Astrids POV
I drop off Charlie and I go find a parking spot after a few minutes I found a spot and I turn off the car then get out to lock it. As I start to walk back to the Parliament I hear "Hey aren't you AstridThe-DragonRider?" I hear a guy say behind me and I turn around "Oh um yeah that's me" I say with a smile "You watch my videos?" I ask him "Uh not exactly" He says as I hear footsteps behind me and I turn around "Oh I see well I'm going to go see my friends" I say as I slowly try to walk away but the first guy grabs my arms and the one behind me puts a bag on my head then they tie a rope around my hands. I try to scream for help but someone puts their hand on my mouth and I feel myself being dragged somewhere. One of them take the bag off my head and they start to beat me up.

Back to Charlie's POV
Astrid leaves to park the car and I call Owen after a few rings I hear "Hey Charlie where are you?" he asks I look around me "I'm near the front of the tower go there and you should see me" I say to him "Alright we'll meet you there" He says and hangs up the phone. After a few minutes I hear "Charlie" I turn around and I see Owen and Jeramy running towards me and they give me a big hug and I hug them back "Oh my god it's been so long" I say as the three of us get out of our nice hug "I know I can't believe we're here" Owen says I look around and I don't see Madison "Hey where's Mads and Carolynn?" I ask them "Oh they went to the bathroom"Jeremy says I nod and they three of us go somewhere to sit down. After about 10 minutes Jeremy gets a phone call. Owen and I look at each other and Jer answers his phone "Hey Babe you ok?" He asks "JEREMY WE NEED HELP SOMEONE'S BEEN BADLY HURT" We hear Carolynn scream "OK OK OK OK"Jeremy says then she hangs up the phone and he finds her location. "Ok guys lets go"He says as Owen and I fallow him to where Carolynn is. After 3 minutes of walking we get to where Carolynn is. We get there and I'm in shock at what I see.
