Koko's POV :
It was the next day and I was walking to my son's room. But once I entered, I saw that his room was a mess. The glass from a picture frame was shattered and I saw a piece of the picture. It was Lloyd with a bit of his friends who seemed to be hugging him in the photo. I walked to it and looked at it. I assumed that Lloyd was really depressed, I just hoped he wouldn't end up being like his father. I walked to his bed and tried to wake him up.
"Lloyd,come on.Time to get ready for school." I said, trying to wake him up.
"Do I have to?" He asked in a voice of exhaustion.
"Yes,Lloyd.Come on." I answered and he got up.
He went to get his clothes and walked to the bathroom to take a shower. I went to the kitchen to prepare his breakfast. Then, I remembered, Lloyd had a school project he had to finish with his friends. I started to get worried, hopefully he wouldn't be upset.
After 7 minutes, he got out of the bathroom with his usual casual clothes on. I smiled and spoke up.
"I made your breakfast,Lloyd.You better eat up and go to school." I told him with a smile.
But his expression showed nothing but.....hatred?No,there is no way.Lloyd would never hate on anyone, he doesn't even hate his father even though he is evil.
"Can't I have a day off?" He asked and I shook my head.
He huffed and started eating his breakfast as soon as he sat down. I sat next to him and built my courage to ask him about the school project he had to finish.
"So,Lloyd.How is the school project you've been doing with your friends?" I asked.
"What friends?" He asked.
"Your friends.Jay,Kai,Nya,Cole,and Zane.They-" I answered but he cut me off with a shocking words.
"I have no friends.Not even one." He said which shocked me.
"What do you mean?I thought-" I asked but he cut me off again.
"I already told you yesterday,mom.They don't want to be my friends anymore,and I'm ok with that.I never needed friends anyway." He said and walked out of the room without giving me the chance to speak.
I sighed and just stared at the door.
Lloyd's POV :
"Friends?PFFT!!As if I need I need such people!" I huffed while walking to my school.
As soon as I arrived, I say them talking to each other near the gates. I simply ignored their presence and just walked pass them. As soon as I walked pass the gates, a girl bumped into me.
"Oh,I'm so sorry!I-I should have seen where I was going." The girl apologized panicaly.
"No worries.You new here?" I forgave and asked an easy question.
"Yes.I'm new in town,my family just moved here." She answered.
"Well,in that case,welcome to Ninjago City." I greeted and she smiled.
"Thank you." She thanked me and I smiled back.
"By the way,what's your name?" I asked.
"My name is...H-Ha...H-Harumi." She answered, sounded pretty nervous.
"Harumi?That's a beautiful name." I complemented.
"Thanks.And what's your name?" She asked and I just stood in silence, not wanting a new person hating me for who I am.
