Nya's POV :
Summer break nearly arrived and my brother and I were packing in our room. We were both very excited to see Lloyd again. Hopefully we could calm him down and fix our friendship.
"So are you going to pick Harumi up?" my brother asked.
"Right before we leave for California." I answered.
We both were lucky enough that our parents let us visit Lloyd after what happened. But I just wished that Harumi's parents would allow her. That way, none of us would have to lie. But I guess some actions, needed to be taken in secrets.
"Can't wait to hang out with the little Green Bean again.I know we only just split for a few days,but it felt like...forever." Kai said and sighed with a frown.
"I know what you mean.But hopefully we can fix things with Lloyd.And remember,even if he still doesn't want to go back to Ninjago,at least having our old friendship back with him would be enough." I said.
Kai responded with a nod and we continued packing.
Cole's POV :
Zane, Jay, and I were at the basement, playing video games while planning everything for us to do when we go to California.
Jay suggested we go to every arcade.
Zane suggested we just...hang.
While I, just suggest to relax and try out every restaurant food there.
"You're always think about food!We're not going there to eat,we're going there for Lloyd!" Jay reminded.
"Hey,having lunch together can make our friendship bond stronger!" I pointed out.
"Alright.But one thing for sure and do not argue!Lloyd will choose what we will do first!" Jay said.
"I'm not going to argue." I said.
"Yeah.I am very excited!" Zane said.
"Same!" Jay replied.
"I'm also!" I added.
"Now we just need to wait until summer break and we'll be in California,hanging out with our little brother!" Jay declared and the three of us did an epic high five.
Harumi's POV :
I was sitting at the table with my parents, trying to talk to them again about going to California with my friends. But nothing seemed to change their minds.
"We've told you never to talk about this again!You're not going!" My father said.
"But please!I want to have fun with my friends!If I stay here,who will I hang out with?" I tried to reason.
"With us.And you have your other friends.You can hang out with them." My mother answered.
"I only have them as my friends.And all of the kids there are going on vacation for the break!It's not fair that I can't go!" I said.
"Everyone's ways are different,Harumi.Just because they're going for the holidays,doesn't mean we have to." My father said.
"But I want to go!"
"Harumi,enough about this.Just finish your dinner and go to sleep." My mother told me.
I couldn't stand them not letting me decide things on my own. I just pushed my plate away and ran to my room.
But I didn't cry or fall to my bed. Thanks to my friends, I wouldn't have to stay indoors all the time. I could still go with them. I just needed to wait until school was over and for them to pick me up when the time came.
