*Adelaide's POV*

I left Klaus, he was getting on my nerves, I mean....really all you want to talk about is killing my friends? "I know that Stefan stole your family...but his friends are my friends and you know You can't kill them or you'll lose me." I wanted to say to him but if I told him that I would end up right back in a coffin with a dagger in my chest until the next time Klaus has to wake me up for something. I walked into the 'Mystic Grill' where I heard was the place to hang out, and I found Elena and Bonnie sitting at a table talking so I listened in as I hung up my coat, I wouldn't of wore one but it was raining outside. "I feel like I'm going crazy. Totally paranoid all the time." said Elena "You have a right to be. Klaus is still out there along with Adelaide and he knows you tried to kill him." replied Bonnie "Why haven't they made a move? There has been no sign of him or Adelaide. Nothing. Just my slow spiral into insanity." replied Elena paranoid "Join the club. Every time I close my eyes, I have that nightmare. On repeat." said Bonnie "The same dream?" asked Elena "Yeah. Four coffins, Klaus is in one of them. It's weird." said Bonnie causing my attention to snap towards them "What if it's not just some dream? What if it's like, you know, witch dream?" whispered Elena.

"It's just stress. I'll figure it out. And what about Stefan? Has there been any sign of him?" asked Bonnie as I slowly walked towards them, my heels clicking on the floor "He betrayed us Bonnie. The Stefan that we know is gone." said Elena "How is Damon handling it?" asked Bonnie "Damon is Damon." replied Elena as she took a sip from her mug "Well look who it is, my two favorite people." I said with a smile causing Elena to cough on her drink and snap her eyes towards me "Adelaide." she whispered "I'm a looking for Stefan, I want to thank him." I said with a fake smile "For what?" asked Bonnie snapping my eyes towards her before taking a seat "For ruining the plan, Klaus is driving me nuts." I whispered causing Elena to look at me shocked "I thought you two were dating?" asked Bonnie causing me to give her a disgusted look "Ewwww, no way. I was just acting like it to get closer to him and help you guys with the plan but then Stefan saved him and stole from him and now Klaus won't let me out of his sight." I said causing Elena to look at me confused "What did Stefan steal?" asked Bonnie "You don't know. Oops, your gonna have to ask Klaus. I already bet his on his way here now to drag my butt back to where he's staying. I need a drink." I said before getting up and walking towards the bar noticing Damon Salvatore and Alaric Saltzman.

"Oh, I give you a choice. Bloody Mary or Screwdriver...brunch in a bottle. Come on Ric, I can't drink all this by myself. I mean I can but then somebody's getting naked. Oh man I can't believe you're making me drink alone." whined Damon as he drank his alcohol "I'm busy." said Alaric "It's the eve of Klaus-ageddon. You're doing homework?" asked Damon as he poured another glass "This may come as a shock...but I am not here to hang out with you. I'm here to see Jeremy. Who is an hour late for his shift." replied Alaric "Kids today, where are their values?" muttered Damon as Alaric passed him a paper "That's his mid-term paper. Copied it straight off the internet. Didn't even try to hide it." said Alaric with disappointment in his voice "Ohh, somebody's getting grounded." smiled Damon as the waitress came towards them "Did you say you are waiting for Jeremy...as in Jeremy Gilbert?" she asked "Yeah." whispered Alaric "He was fired last week." she said with a sad smile before walking away "Oops." said Damon as he poured another glass and as he raised it towards his lips I snatched it out of his hands "Thank you." I said before gulping it.

"What are you doing here?" asked Alaric causing a smile to appear on my face "Hanging out with Damon, mind if I'm your drinking buddy?" I asked as I sat down "Aren't you with Klaus?" asked Alaric causing me to groan "You had a good plan, I was betting on you guys too but then Stefan messed it up and stole from him and now Klaus won't leave me alone its 1000 years ago all over again." I groaned "You were helping us, by pretending to be dating Klaus?" asked Damon confused "Yep, and you should be thanking Stefan not being mad at him causing if Klaus was dead so would you." I whispered "What do you mean?" asked Alaric "Klaus told his hybrids that if he was killed that they killed whoever killed him. Stefan....may have saved your life." I said drinking the glass.
