Okay before I explain this... Here's what I thought about and it was kinda like an inspiration from TenshiKanda (ErrorDream/Insomnia shipper (It's her OTP)):
So for the ErrorDream anniversary... She had drawn Shattered giving Error his wedding ring since he no longer needed it..
Then my idea of Dream eating the dark apple before Killer had come across him... Which then inspired this:
