Chapter 39: Come back home

Jimin didn't want do it but he knew it was the best and safest decision they could make right now. The male hugged the teen tightly before letting go to hold her hands." This is to keep you safe okay I love you" Jimin smiled sadly.

Jia sighed, "will I ever see you again?"

"When this is all over I will come to America to see you I promise. Stay there with him. Make sure he goes with you wherever you go"

Jia nodded before giving the woman her plane ticket. She proceeding into the terminal but stopped to look at Jimin. "love you" She said with a small smile before disappearing into the door.

The ride back home was quiet, Jimin picked up Haneul out of his car seat and carried him inside while Jungkook grabbed his diaper bag and the carseat.

An hour went by and Jungkook webt to find Jimin since Haneul was finally asleep. He opened the balcony door to see Jimin standing with his arms around himself. "I absolutely hate myself right now" Jimin said while looking out at the beach.

"Hyung don't say that" Jungkook said as he hugged his waist. He noticed how Jimin began sniffling so he craned his neck around to see Jimin crying so he reached his hands up to carefully wiped away Jimin's tears.

"It's like I ruin everything" Jimin cried harder. Jungkook let go of his waist and turned him around to pull Jimin into his arms. The smaller clutched onto his shirt while he rubbed circles on his back.

Jimin cried and Jungkook's heart broke as he held the back of Jimin's head. He rubbed the smaller's back as he slowly led back into the room and  over to the bed. The smaller lay on Jungkook's chest crying softly.

"I think I have depression Jungkook" Jimin said quietly reaching his hand up to wipe away his tears.

"Have you ever thought about postpartum?"Jungkook asked softly.

"after haneul was born I noticed you became a lot quieter than usual. Dr. Hyojin talked to me privately about it and she said it was a possibility you'd have it"

"I could have it. I think seeing Jia had a huge effect on me. Like I just gave her up like that" Jimin said his voice trembling while Jungkook rubbed his back. Eventually, he drifted asleep and the other sighed. He felt so bad for the older, he had so much bottled up.

"Hi sweetie"

"Hi mom do you think you could watch Haneul for tomorrow and Saturday Jimin's not doing good I think he has ppd" Jungkook sighed while rubbing his face.

"Where is he? Let me talk to him"

"He's sleeping right now"

"I'll come over to pick Haneul up right now"

"Thanks mom I can drop him off if you want"

"No it's fine I'll come pick little bun bun. When you guys pick up Hanuel I'll talk to Jimin"

"Byebye"

Junkook said his goodbyes and ended the call. He went to get Hanuel's things ready making sure not to wake the boy up. The boy twitched in his crib and Jungkook couldn't help but chuckle at his silly actions. He quietly packed up his diaper bags before checking over to make sure he didn't forget anything important.

Jimin woke up and notice how it was so quiet. He looked out the window and noticed how the sun was almost finished setting. He removed the covers and slid out of bed. The male walked into Haneul's connected room but he instantly noticed how he wasn't in his crib. The smaller thought of the worst and ran out the room only to find Jungkook looking up at him from his phone with a concerned look.
