(Top) is a top secret agent. There is close to nobody like him. He gets the job done, no messing about, no funny business. He takes it seriously but gets it done right. As of now he was on this big mission, taking down on of the biggest drug lords going. The agency decided he was too much time with this one, so sent someone in.
(Bottom) is also a top secret agent, one who tends to try and find the fun in missions. He enjoys the thrill of it more than anything, always having fun with their targets. When he was sent on this job he couldn't help but jump at the opportunity, also knowing that (Top) was working on it too, just to annoy him.
The only major thing to get over, was that (Top) and (Bottom) were ex partners. If you could even call what they had a relationship. (Bottom) not taking anything seriously drove (Top) up the wall and (Top) being super serious, (Bottom) claimed it sucked the fun out of everything. The agency knew of their pasts with each other, however the mission was too difficult for any other agent apart from those two.
Will they work out their differences? Or will they continue to drive the other crazy?
