(Bottom) runs a successful business, selling ice cream machines to small bakeries and ice cream shops. However in reality he's a professional con artist and gangster, earning bloody money every second of the day.
Everything is very hush hush and kept under the laws noses, nobody second guessing (bottom) due to him being so feminine and friendly. He uses this to his advantage however.
That's when a new cop, (top), got deported down from up north to come take a look at all the unreported crime going around. He gets close, really close until he's captured by (bottom)
Will (top) get out and alert the law about (bottom) and the truth about his business? Or will he find himself stuck under (bottoms) boot for the rest of his life?
