Chapter 9

After those words left my mouth, Calum stood up and went inside the house.

I didn't know why but I started crying. I felt like no one cares about me plus I really like Calum, but his behavior is so strange.

Sometimes he cares about me. But then he makes exactly what he just made; being an asshole and make me end up crying.

I was thinking about how I always fell in love with boys that ignore me when I felt someone beside me.

I rise my head and saw Ashton with a kind look in his eyes. I keep crying. He kinda hug me from beside me, me resting my head in his shoulder and beginning to sob a bit.

The sun was setting when I finally stop crying.

"What happened?" Ashton asks looking down at me.

I explained him everything, since that I liked Calum to what happened with Hector. Now it was freezing and I was shivering. Ashton took off his sweatshirt and give it to me. Then, I put it on.

"Thank you." I say while hugging him.

It smells so good and is so comfortable, I like it. I turned to put my head on his shoulder and in a while I fall asleep.

I woke up in Ashton's bed and it was near midnight. I didn't knew where Ash was.

One moment after, I heard someone yelling down stairs. It was Ashton. I didn't heard anyone else, so I supposed he was on the phone. I just waited sitting on the bed.

"Whats up with you man? You told me you were going to calm her! And the only thing you did was making her cry even more!"

"No, you don't understand what happened and why is important to her what you did."

"You have to talk to her and apologize yourself as soon as possible."

"K, bye."

Was he talking about me with Calum? I don't know. But I hope everything goes okay. While I was in my own thoughts, Ashton entered the room.

"Hey, are you okay?" He whispers. I nodd in response.

"I woke you up, didn't I?"

"Yes, but it's alright." I say while he sitts next to me.

"Are you tired?" I nodd again and lay on the bed.

"Goodnight Ari." He kisses my forehead and pulling out of my face a strand of hair.

Suddenly, I take his wrist and make he stop before he could get out of the room. "You can stay if you want."

He turned slowly. "Are you sure?"

"Yes." He immediately lays next to me in the bed and starts playing with my hair, making me fall asleep.

I woke up by Harry shouting and jumping in the bed. I pull him down and start tickling him. We started laughing and in that moment Ashton entered the room and started laughing too when he saw us.

"I'm going to the shower, you can take some sweatpants and a T-shirt. They are there" he says pointing to a wardrobe. "So you can change."

Harry said he was going to get changed too, so I stood up and opened the wardrobe. I put on a 'Rolling Stones' shirt and keep my shorts on. I just finished putting on the shirt when someone knocked. I went down stair and open the door, it was Calum. He looked tired, like he didn't sleep in days.

"Hi." I say, with my morning voice although I had been awake for half an hour. He was starting at me wide eyed. I then look down and smile when I realized that it look like I wasn't wearing pants. Then I noticed that he seemed pissed.

"Hey Calum." I heard Ashton's voice. He was standing behind me, and I didn't noticed before. They went to the kitchen and I just stay with Harry in the living room watching 'Adventure Time'

Calum POV.

I went to the kitchen with Aston, that way Ariadna can't hear us.

"What do you wanted to say?" I ask quite annoyed. When Ariadna opened the door and I saw her only with Ashton's shirt my blood started to boil. How Ashton could had sleep with her? I imagined that and shivers start to run through all my body.

"Why did you left her that way?"

"I don't know, she told me that she loves that boy 'Hector'." I say that name with disgust.

"You are an asshole. She said it was her first love, not that she stills love him!!" Ashton says with an angry tone. I stood quiet, I didn't know what to say.

"When you left she started crying, she passed all the night sobbing!" When he said that I froze. She cried all night. I felt guilt inside me. I made cry the girl I like and run away.

"You better go to apologize and let her tell you what happened." I only nodded.

I step out of the kitchen and towards the living room where Ariadna was with Harry watching tv. They were laughing about some stupid thing Gumball said. She was so pretty and when she smiles, my heart melt.

Oh my god Calum, you are talking like people in romantic films.

She turned and saw me. "Can we talk?" I ask shyly. She simply nodds.

"I better go." Harry says. When he's in front of me he says. "Make her cry again and I will kill you." I nodd as an answer and sit next to Ari on the sofa.

"Sorry for yesterday. My intention wasn't to make you cry."

"I knew that, don't worry. It wasn't your fault. At all."

"Well... Ashton told me you had to explain me something. Is that what make you cry? Apart of my jerk behavior, that's clear."

She laughs shyly and nodds.

"Well, you remember I told you that Hector was my first 'love'." I nodd. How could I forget that? "Actually, is a little more complicated than that..."
