"No"
"Why"
"It's too dangerous"
"It will be fine"
"Your wound has just started healing, we can't risk you ripping your stitches"
Yoohan, who stood in front of him, looked offended at that. He gaped like a fish on land. A whine slipped from his mouth then his lips morphed into a pout. Like the mono, the sunlight that danced around was drawn to the movement of them, which made them glister in the rays of the sun. They were full and tinted in a light red, their shape mesmerizing, oh how little Yeonwoo had seen of them. He wouldn't mind if the picture of them was burned into his mind.
Only seconds of staring at the lips killed all of his thoughts and brain cells. Leaving him with only two left, the first one wanted to smack Yoohan for his childish antics and the second one wanted to capture the probe's lips. Though the mono preferred the latter, he settled with the first one. He wouldn't.
No.
He couldn't let Yoohan win. Yeonwoo can't let his boyfriend endanger his health just because he wanted to swim in the ocean. Even if today was very hot he couldn't let himself budge.
"I won't move that much, it's just an up and down in the water. You wouldn't let your boyfriend die of the heat today, would you?" whined the probe.
"Your wound still shouldn't touch the water," said the mono with no room for negation.
Yeonwoo swore if Yoohan was 15 years younger right now he would have started crying. The face he made looked like somebody had stolen his candy. Well, it's almost what he has done.
They were still at the same beach they were at yesterday, the only difference was the time and his mood. Since yesterday his thoughts have been calmer and he feels happier. The dread that haunted him didn't claw at his soul so much that it suffocated him anymore. Maybe it was washed away by the waves that pushed and pulled. At some point in Yoohan's lesson yesterday Yeonwoo had fallen asleep in the man's embrace. He knew that the probe had moved him because he woke up in the front seat next to his loved one.
The moment he had opened his eyes he had been hit by color rush since the first thing he saw was his unmasked boyfriend. Yoohan was sleeping in the driver's seat, still connected to him through their clasped hands. It has been a couple of hours since then and colors were still around him. So, he has spent the last hours running around like a toddler and experiencing the world again. He has as well stared an unhealthy amount at the probe when he wasn't looking. Especially his face that wasn't covered.
Yeonwoo saw also for the first time how he looked while blushing after Yoohan had made a sly comment about how cutely innocent he looked when he ran around. Which was followed by a comment on how the probe could change that.
Now he is arguing with his dumb boyfriend that a person with a bullet wound should not go for a swim in the ocean. 24 hours ago, they were running for their lives and now they are doing this. His IQ has dropped since he met his so-called boyfriend. He blamed everything on those brain cell mass-murdering lips.
"Well if I can't go for a swim, I know other entertaining things," said Yoohan with a glint in his eyes.
This sparked Yeonwoo's interest. What is able to hold the man's interest? The only thing Yeonwoo knew of that could do that was in fact himself.
He felt like facepalming himself. How could he have become this stupid, his IQ has really dropped. His innocence got the better of him. It's too late now, the prey realized as the predator closed in.
"Do you still want the blindfold or do you want to see me this time?" said Yoohan. His voice now darker, alluring, making the mono's toes curl in his shoes. Yeonwoo sometimes forgot how the probe's moods could do a 180-degree flip.
