29: royalty isn't always pretty

ANDIE'S POV:
We finished dinner and I was still waiting for Wanda. Freya asked for the necklace my sister gave to see if she could find a connection to anything.

I helped Hayley put Hope to bed when Klaus called me downstairs. "Andrea, this woman claims to know you" He said, pointing at Wanda.

"Yeah she's my sister. Who is this one?" I asked, pointing at the blonde next to her. "That's Pietro, my twin and your older brother" She explained. I nodded "Come in" I lead them to the couch.

"I see twins run in the family" Rebekah said, walking towards us. Before I could say anything, I saw a thought in her head. "He's cute" I read from her mind.

"Really?" I asked
"What?"
"I can read your mind" I whispered.

Her eyes widened as she quickly turned and left.
"Sorry about that. Wanda, did you bring what I asked for?"
"Yes, here they are" She pulled books out of bag, similar to grimores. I thanked her and she followed me to the table where Freya and Kai were, trying to figure out what was going on.

Pietro was shortly behind but he suddenly stopped, "Gemini. What the hell is he doing here?" He asked sternly, walking towards Kai.

"Okay, Kai is my boyfriend. He isn't like his father who killed our family" I explained to him, stopping whatever he was going to do.

The tension died down and the Freya came over to Wanda and I.

"Okay, this is what's happening. Andrea, you are know to be the last living Maximoff witch. That cleary isn't true considering your sister who is also a witch is sitting next to you. Your magic is followed by centuries of darkness. Wether people know you're a Maximoff or not, they will come for you", I shift in my seat.

"Despite the Gemini coven being isolated, they had many contacts who want you dead; Most of them here, in New Orleans." She continued.

"Therefore, practicing you're magic outside is extremely dangerous. They don't know what you look like, considering you are grown. In order to stay away from danger, you should always go by Gilbert as your last name. I do recommend that your necklace stays hidden while you are here."

I nodded, trying to process what she just said. "I'm going to take a show" I blurted out. I didn't wait for anyone to respond, I just ran upstairs to the room and grabbed some clothes then ran towards the bathroom.

I was looking at myself in the mirror. My eyes were on the verge of dropping tears. This isn't the life I want for my self, none of this was.

Not the drugs, not the past relationships, not the people I care about dying, not even my magic.

I formed a ball of magic, watching the glow wrap around my hand in the mirror. I let out a heavy sigh as I slammed my fist on the sink counter. I was frustrated on what I have become.

Before I could do anything else, I realize that i'm in a house of people who all have supernatural hearing. My hand tan throuahbmy hair as I slid down the wall, trying to not make any noise.

"Andrea, are you feeling okay?", I heard Pietro ask through the door.
"Im crying on the bathroom floor, how do you think I feel?"

He slowly opened the door to see me sitting in a ball in the corner of the room.

"Come here", He extended his arm towards me as he sat down on the floor aswell.
"We barely know eachtoher" I chuckled
"Yeah, but your my family"

I crawled i to his arms as he wraped his hands around me.

"Look at you. You are the sister I thought I lost and here we are. You're crying in my arms and Im holding you, like the big brother I should've been years ago" he whispered.

He held me until I calmed down. We both got out and Kai was waiting for me outside ready to give me a hug.

I ended up not showering and so I kind of just got ready for bed since it is almost 1:00 am. I laued in bed with Kai, both of us just staring at the ceiling.

"I want a dog" I told him
"A dog?"
"Yeah"
"Why the hell do you want a dog?"
"Can I not just want a dog?"
"Why don't we just get a guinea pig"
"No last time I had a guinea pig, Jeremy dropped it on accident and it died"
"That got dark really fast"

We looked at eachother, neither of us being able to sleep.

"You know, if you can't sleep we could just have sex" He suggested. I smacked his arm as I laughed.
"Im still waiting for an answer!" He laughed out.

I sat up and straddled his hips, "Does this count as an answer?" I asked. He quickly nodded as his hands roughley tightend on my waist.

He kissed me as my hands tangled in his hair. He moved his hands to the hem of my shirt, slowly pulling it off me.

I did the same for him, as well as undoing his belt. We continued, and I think you know what happened next.

I woke up in Kai's shirt, nothing under. I checked the time on my phone as it was almost 11:00 in the morning. I tried standing but quickly fell to my knees.

I heard Kai chuckle behind me as I groaned in pain. "Stop laughing it hurts"
"Yeah, I can tell because your legs didn't stop shaking the whole night"

I gave him a dirty look and he got up to help me get ready. We went downstairs and were met with a bunch of stares.

"Well you two certainly enjoyed yourselves" Elijah said.

Uh oh.
