2014 Washington D.C.

HOLLAND STARK, STEVE ROGERS, SAM WILSON, AND MARIA HILL, all snuck back into S.H.I.E.L.D. Natasha was disguised as one of the council members meeting with Pierce, and her job was to expose everything about HYDRA and S.H.I.E.L.D. They were in a supply closet after messing with the frequency of the PA system, and one of the tech men came to open the door. Holland, Sam, and Maria had their guns pointed, and the man put his hands up.

"Excuse us," Steve said as they walked out of the supply closet and made their way to the room where the P.A. System was, and Steve got on.

"Attention all S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents, this is Steve Rogers. You've heard a lot about me over the last few days. Some of you were even ordered to hunt me down. But Director Stark and I think it's time that everyone knows the truth. S.H.I.E.L.D. is not what we thought it was. It's been taken over by HYDRA. Alexander Pierce is their leader. The S.T.R.I.K.E. and Insight crew are HYDRA as well. We don't know how many more, but we know they're in the building. They could be standing right next to you. They almost have what they want. Absolute control. They shot Nick Fury. And it won't end there. If you launch those helicarriers today, HYDRA will be able to kill anyone that stands in their way unless we stop them. I know I'm asking a lot. But the price of freedom is high; it always has been. And it's a price we're willing to pay. And if Stark and I are the only ones, then so be it. But I'm willing to bet we're not." Steve said. Sam looked on with a smile.

"Did you write that down first, or was it off the top of your head?" Sam asked.

"He's always been good at motivational speeches," Holland said, and Steve smiled at her.

"Are you ready?" He asked, and she nodded her head.

"Let's go to work."

"They're initiating a launch." Maria Hill said into the comms. When a non-corrupt S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent didn't listen to Rumlow and launched the helicarriers; Rumlow decided to do it himself. So Holland, Steve, and Sam ran outside because they had to stop the damage by re-coding the helicarriers to turn on each other.

"Hey, Cap, how do we know the good guys from the bad guys?" Sam asked.

"If they're shooting at you, they're bad," Steve said. Sam fired up his wings as they approached the edge, while Steve and Holland jumped and rolled into their landings before they started running again, and of course, having to dodge bullets. Steve threw an explosive as Holland knocked out an Agent.

"Hey, Cap. I found those bad guys you were talking about." Sam said.

"Are you okay?" Holland asked.

"I'm not dead yet." He responded, which made the brunette laugh.

"Falcon, status?" Maria Hill asked.

"Engaging." He responded. "Alright, guys. I'm in." Sam said after a momentary pause and lots of gunshots.

However, Steve and Holland were still fighting their way through on-the-ground agents. Steve threw his shield at an agent, while Holland used her super-strength to knock agents out. She decided she wouldn't try and kill anyone today so that she wouldn't use her bullets or her powers. Their main goal was to stop the helicarriers; they could deal with the agents later.

"Cap, Holland. 8 minutes." Hill said.

"We're working on it," Holland responded as they handled knocking out the rest of the Agents, and then they made their way inside of the helicarrier. Steve and Holland ran to the middle to try and find what they needed to help switch the code. Steve keyed in a code on the keypad, and when the tech was shown, Holland pulled the data encrypter out of her pocket and put it in the correct place.
