Double life crisis

Peter POV

          "Yeah I'm here in human form." She motions me too follow her since the place is huge I mean I didn't expect less.

"Nice place you got here." I tell her. "You still have that mouth, I'm surprised it hasn't killed you yet but here we are." I give her that look.

"Hey it worked on you didn't it." She give a meh look before we reached a room presumably where I'll be staying for the next two weeks.

"Make yourself at home don't worry I got call from your friends all labs are closed until your gone." Mj is probably that friend that told her.

"I was going to work here but I guess she was two steps ahead of my two steps." I say. "Well you need less obvious two step then." I rolled my eyes at her mostly because she always does this.

"You know the only reason I came was to visit a friend." I scoffed jokingly. "Well that friend has something planned for the other friend so they better be thankful." She says.

"Oh yes your majesty." I did a comical bow. "We don't do that here." I snort thinking she actually thought that I meant it.

"You should sleep I will send someone to come wake you up for dinner in a couple of hour then we'll talk and catch up as you say." She leaves before I can come up with any remark.

Sleep I can do it I do all the time except with nightmares I guess yesterday was an exception or I was just too tired to have any. What most likely happen was that I died then got resurrected.

I got an hour of sleep its mostly because of the nightmares about all the possible way on how we could of all died up there in space by Thanos or something else all I know it end with everyone dying minus me.

"Mr.Parker." Someone said on the opposite end of the door. "Yes." I said enough for her to hear me clearly.

"Ms.Sablinova asked for me to inform you that dinner is served." She leave before I can ask what I should wear but since I'm on vacation I should wear something casual.

"Man I should pay more attention." I said hoping someone will come out and help me get to the dining area.

"Took you long enough." I should've went somewhere else for a vacation. "Yeah there aren't any maps to tell where everything thing is." I tell her while I sat down and start eating.

"Soo... how are things here?"She take a deep breath. "Shit but we all somehow manage to get thing running here I need a break I need someone stupid to talk too and you just happen to be it." I huff but smile at her comment while she smirks.

"Well I never forgave myself for the event that happened so I been trying to find ways to make the world a better place to try and make up for me not being able to stop him." She nods probably already knowing somehow what happened.

"Seems to me that you need therapy more than a vacation." She tells me. "Yeah well I needed a therapist long time ago but I couldn't even if I wanted to you know with the whole secret identity and all." We continue to eat in peaceful silence since she not a very talkative person.

"Where have you've been these last couple of years or better yet where were you when the fight down here happened?" I tilt me head out of confusion on what she meant by that.

"What do you mean?"she take a sip of here drink. "I was there with the Avengers minus you and Stark, so I'm asking where we're you?" That's more of a statement than a question.

"In space fighting him." I said casually. "How was space?" I laugh at it mostly because for most people it's a dream come true but for me not so much.
