Waking Up As A Mob Character

Kaila's POV

The Queen mermaid waves her hand. My brother who is currently still floating in the the middle of the lake, floats until he was in front of the two mythical beasts.

The next moment, the Queen Mermaid suddenly spit a blood. The blood glows with a bit of purple in it. The blood rotates slowly until it compress into a small pill. Slowly, the pill made its way towards my brothers chest area. A small black hole appears in his chest that slowly swallow the pill. I could see how my brother sweat while trying to keep mum when he obviously wants to just shout because of the pain.

The pill slowly submerge towards Kyle's chest. It took a total of half an hour when the pill of blood of the Mermaid Queen enters Kyle's chest. After the absortpion, there is suddenly a bright light that blind me and perhaps the people in the vicinity too.

After the bright light slowly subsided, I searched for Kyle. But all I could see is a little baby mermaid that had a silver hair with a small part of his bangs being black. Green eyes looking so astonished. Slowly my eyes widened as realization struck me.

'Kyle?!'

I shouted mentally, trying to comprehend what did just happened. It is never said in the novel on what would happen to Kyle after the absorption of a mythic beast blood. Mostly, because the story revolves around Raisan and the capture targets.

Gasp!

I could hear the gasp of the people, even my parents. Of course, they should be shock. Kyle just turned into a little cute mermaid.

'Uuuu. I just want to hug him and pinch his cheeks! He's so cute! Hehe.'

Kyle look so astonished, that his eyes sparkled. Uuuuu, so cute! I just want to squish him. Why is he so cute?! And this cute guy just turned into a villain. The author is really an idiot. This guy is way more handsome than the capture targets. Why did the author made him the villain?

Slowly, Kyle swim towards us.

How could he swim, when he is clearly not in the water? Could he have a power like the Queen Mermaid? So soon?!

Gasp!

Another series of gasps is heard again.

Of course! The prince just gain a control over the power that was contained by the blood pill. And now he is making his way to us.

He circled me, mother and father while giggling. I could feel my mother tightening her hold on me. I know. She is trying to restrain her hands that would squish him. But she is basically squishing me.

I can't breath!

"Uuuuu." I made a sound so that they would notice I can't breath. Mother seems to realize  what she has been doing that she quickly loosen her hold on me.

"Shhhh. Sorry baby. Your brother just too cute, I want to hug him." I pouted at her words. Does it mean he is cuter than me? No fair! I pouted even more realizing that he could maybe beat me for being cute even though he is a boy.

"There, there. Don't worry baby. You're still the cutest for Mama." She said while brushing her cheeks towards my cheeks. I giggle at her words, completely relieve.

We turned our attention towards the center when there is another blinding light. After the light subsided, there is Kyle again, but in his human form.

He slowly floats towards the Hell Tiger King. Just like the Queen Mermaid, he also spat some blood. The process is just the same but slower. I guess, because the power in the blood pill of the Hell Tiger King is much more heavier than the Queen Mermaid.

This time my brother didn't transform into a tiger. But he had those cute whiskers on his face just like my favorite anime Naruto. 'Kyaaa!! I had such a cute brother! I really have to protect him from becoming the Villain. He should be the hero!'

The whiskers disappear and brother is brought to father's arms, asleep.

Awww. Such a cutie. Hehehe~

"Now the process of the blood assimilation is done. He maybe asleep for a period of time. His body still needs to adjust to the two new blood and also to let his blood mix evenly with the other two. There maybe some changes going to happen to him, so pay attention."

After listening to the Queen Mermaid's words, all I could think is what changes would happen to Kyle now that there is a mythical blood on him.

The two royal beast leave under the eyes of my father that keeps on darkening in each second.

'Haha. Father. Stop being so angry. You're scary you know.'

Mother walk towards father, looking concerned.

"He is fine, right? No injuries or something?"

"No. It's just that..."

"That?"

I look as father hesitated before revealing his concerns.

"He is just born. And we still haven't done some family bondings like a normal family would do. Yet, a heavy responsibility is already on our son's shoulder. I just want to give them both a normal happy life. But it seems like...*sigh."

"It's ok. We are still here. We could still do it. We have time."

"Hmmm."

Watching and listening to their conversation, I can't help but be sadden to their endings on the novel. They are such a good parents, yet they would still die at the hands of the main characters as a villain misunderstood by the masses.

Sigh. This conversation just strengthened my determination to live a good life.

"Now, let's have Princess Andrea Kyla Anderson for the test."

When I heard the words of the priest, I froze before slowly looking towards him. It would be a lie if I'd say that I am not nervous. I am freaking nervous and if it is possible, I'd be already running away like an idiot.

Let's just see if I'd have a very powerful magic like what is described by the novel. It is said that the twin of the person prophecied to unified the whole Elysian is powerful and on the same level as the prophecied person.

I just hope that I would be really powerful.
