In this world where devils and humans coexisted , there was a common occurance of Red moon every 100 years where it would last for a whole week .
People mostly called it "The Red moon phase" where the devils thirst goes beyond their control , their senses all jumbled up making them lose their sanity , extremely dangerous and wild.
It all started 1000 years ago when all the devils consumed mostly everyone's blood with no exceptions , terrorising mankind .
Not knowing the existence of the red moon nor its effect to the devils . The red moon made devils like wild animals with no senses , the only cure to it was to feed the devil , the blood that it desired . But back then , they all were like hungry animals that drank and desired every living beings blood , which nearly led to human extinction .
Fearing their end , humans prayed to the father of the devils that created them all . Promising him a sacrifice every 100 years. Agreeing to the humans, the father of the devils destroyed nearly half of the devils since they couldn't control their thirst . Remaining only 7 devils , that were capable of controlling their sanity.
Every 100 years , they sent a sacrifice to the devils as their ancestor promised. There were already 10 brides before hinata, but they couldn't last a single day . Some tried to runaway which ended horribly , some tried to kill the devil which also led to their horrible death and some ended their own life due to the fear of devils.
For the 7 devils , neither of those previous sacrifices blood tasted any good , it was normal like a blood of every other humans.
But this time , things were different . The bride this time was different , even his blood . They didn't even had tasted him yet , but with just a whiff of his blood's smell had now made them intoxicated, filled with lust and an instinct to devour him.
They now had a desire~
#A/N: why the humans always send brides after 100 years ? =Its cause the thing that caused their near extinction was due to the red moon so they send a specific human as a bride near the red moon phase to stop the devils to go apeshit crazy so they could live another fucking day .
Why did sakusa killed all the other vampires he made? =Cause they went apeshit crazy and cleaning after the mess they made , made sakusa lose all his hair so he killed their ass.
