Chapter Six

"Now that everything there is settled, I think it's time for the tour!" Taehyung said excitedly.

"Okay!" Jungkook nodded. He started to stand up but was pushed back down by the guards.

"Oh, I'm sorry. You can't get up yet. I know this is a little weird, but you understand that this place is dangerous, right? Especially if you've never been in there?" Taehyung asked. He opened the drawer of his desk, but Jungkook couldn't see what was inside.

"Yes, sir. I'll be careful." Jungkook nodded, thinking that was it.

"Good. I don't doubt that you won't be careful, but there is a precaution I must take with you. Just in case you do something on accident."

Taehyung reached into the drawer and pulled out a...

dog collar?

Jungkook's eyes widened.

Indeed, Taehyung was holding a collar attached to a leash.

"Huh?" Jungkook let out in confusion.

Taehyung isn't gonna make me wear that, is he?

"It's just a precaution. Don't worry, it doesn't hurt and it's not an electric shock collar either." Taehyung explained and got up, walking over to Jungkook.

Jungkook could only stare in concern and confusion at the collar and leash.

Taehyung noticed, but didn't want to say more and confuse the poor boy even further.

"It won't be for long I promise." Taehyung mumbled and gently clipped the black collar around Jungkook's neck.

Taehyung tried not to falter at the thought of using the collar for other purposes.

He adjusted the collar and stepped back. Jungkook looked beautiful.

"Is that good?" Taehyung asked while sticking two fingers behind the collar to assure it wasn't too tight. He didn't want to strangle his poor pet.

Jungkook nodded, still taking it in.

"Try to take this off, and I'll just make it tighter. Understood?"

Jungkook pitifully nodded.

"Great. Now, let's go! I have one lab in the basement of this building that I'll show you, and then we will travel to my main lab and where we will be staying." Taehyung explained, grabbing the end of the leash.

Jungkook got up and followed Taehyung so he didn't get pulled by the collar.

Jungkook followed the scientist through a door and down three flights of stairs. Taehyung stopped at a large metal door and had to type in a code to the door.

"Nobody knows this code besides me and my right hand men. You are to tell nobody about this door, what's behind it, or what is in any of the labs I will show you. Understood?" Taehyung stared Jungkook down, scaring him a little.

What am I getting myself into?

"Yes, sir." Jungkook nodded.

"Ah, what have I said about formalities? Please call me Taehyung or hyung, only call me sir or master during experiment conduction. Or in a more intimate setting." Taehyung mumbled the last part so Jungkook couldn't hear and opened the door.

Jungkook was greeted by rows of tables and shelves lining every wall, medical equipment, papers, or mechanical parts filling the spaces.

"This way, dollie." Taehyung tugged on the leash and forced Jungkook to follow close behind him. Jungkook tried not to blush.

"This is where some basic medical supplies I need for experiments are held. I have a base here so I can easily get materials from the hospital, whom I have a contract with. All of the parts here are usually for building the machines I use at the home lab. This space isn't very important honestly, and I rarely come here, but it is important that you know about all of my resources as my assistant." Taehyung explained as he led Jungkook and the bodyguards through his lab.

This lab was considerably small, only one square room with lines of tables or buckets taking up most of the space. Random mechanical parts scattered all over with various blueprints and papers. It looked more like a janitor closet than a top secret science lab, honestly.

The tour ended quickly since there was like nothing there. Jungkook stopped paying attention after he accidentally got to close to a small, lit up machine.

"Ah Ah Ah. Come back here, pup. That's dangerous." The scientist warned and yanked the leash. Jungkook whimpered and moved away from the machine. "Good boy."

Jungkook fought the urge to scream over this frustrating situation. Why is he so hot but so strange at the same time?! I love and hate this whole experience.

Jungkook huffed and mumbled to himself while Taehyung pretended not to notice. This tour wasn't as important as the scientist said anyway. Actually, it was more of a test. How well could little Jungkookie listen to his new owner already? How would his behavior change after getting to know and trust his master?

Taehyung was very excited to find out.

He led Jungkook outside and all the way to the limo that was waiting for them. They sat in the back seat together, a driver in the front and his other bodyguards in a different car following them. "Take us home, Jin!" Taehyung said cheerfully.

"Yah! Don't order me around, I know what you want! Be glad I even agreed to help you and give you a ride since you are apparently too 'important' to drive yourself." The limo driver, apparently named Jin, pouted and started driving.

Jungkook's eyes widened in shock as the big bad scientist shrunk in his seat and huffed. "Hey! You agreed, so don't be complaining! It's a one time thing, Hyung, I promise."

What the hell is this?! Talk about taking a 180.

Freaked out by the change in character from Taehyung, he sat in silence and stared out the window for the remainder of the drive. He thought about his life choices and how he ended up in this questionable situation.

Taehyung smirked slightly to himself after he got over his scolding from Jin hyung, and remembered to write in his new little notebook he had been carrying around:
