These are yummy!! AND easy!!
Serves 12
Ingredients:
🔹1 stick of unsalted butter
🔹1.5 tablespoons of cinnamon
🔹6 Tablespoons of sugar
🔹2 (7.5 oz.) cans of refrigerated biscuit dough.INSTRUCTIONS:
🔹Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees.
🔹Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave. Let it cool slightly.
🔹 In another bowl mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
🔹 Open the biscuit dough cans and separate each biscuit, there should be 10 per can. On a cutting board use a butter knife to cut each biscuit into four pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
🔹Fill a muffin tin with foil muffin liners. Did dip each dough ball into the butter then roll it in a cinnamon mixture. Place 5-7 doughballs in each muffin cup. Pour the extra melted butter over each muffin.
🔹Put them in the oven and let them bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool slightly
