Andes mint cookies

These are SOO easy and the best cookies ever!!!!!

Ingredients
- Devils good cake mix. ( I used Duncan Hines)
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 package of Andes mints

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350
2. Open the package of Andes mints and cut them all in half.
3.In a mixing bowl mix the cake mix and 1/3 vegetable oil and 2 eggs together until all is wet.
4. Take a small grape size chunk or spoon full of the mix and put on a cookie sheet. ( this makes about 50 small cookies) or you can do bigger cookies but I like the small ones so that I can eat more 😂)
5. Continue making more until the sheet is filled up. For the minis cook for 10 min. For bigger ones 12-14 min
6. After they are done put all of your cut Andes mints upside down on top of your cookies while they are still hot.
7. Wait for 3 minutes until the mins are mostly melted on the cookies
8. Take a spoon and lightly push and swirl the Andes mints on top of the cookies.
9. Wait till cool. And your done!!

These are lots of directions but I promise these are sooo easy once you get going!! And they are delish!!
