After I finished up with dr Cheng, I go to find Derek.
"Derek I need to do a surgery please I'm begging you let me do one of yours" I beg
"You need to get laid" Derek say
"Pardon me?" I say
"You're so... just go get laid" Derek say
"No! I gotta work, I gotta do a surgery without an intern stalking me!" I say
"Only if you go get laid first" Derek say
"Ok, I will go get laid then" I say
"Great, deal" Derek say
"So what's the surgery?" I ask
"My trauma case it's gonna be here in 30 minutes so you better be fast" Derek say
"Well what happened?" I ask
"Go get laid and I will tell you" Derek say
"With who you fucker" I ask
"Yea that's right, he broke his neck playing football" Derek say
"That's tuff" I say
"Yep, the paramedics think his connections from his head to his body is riped over" Derek say
"That's deep ass pain" I say
"Yep, you're gotta repair that" Derek say
"This is gonna be fun" I say
"No interns" Derek say
"No interns" I repeat
"I will keep them busy" Derek assures me
"Thank you" I say and kiss him on the cheek.

~Dereks POV~
"Thank you" y/n say and kiss me on the cheek. Wow. I page her interns 911, because honestly who wants to wait for them.
"Shepard, you paged 911" one of the interns say
"Yea, all of you are on post up" I say
"What about the incoming trauma?" Some intern ask
"Dr L/N will take care of that" I say
"Why can't we help?" Yep that's definitely Mia
"We don't need someone in the way, we only need to experienced ones" I sat
"But we're supposed to learn" Mia say
"Us doctors are also supposed to save our patients, and not put unneeded doctors in the OR" I say
"But we could actually help" some other intern say, wait is that Mia? No way, the other one was definitely Mia, she was worst.
"Actually no, we only need a few doctors" I say
"Who?" Mia ask, Yep definitely Mia
"Dr L/N and me, cardio, trauma, scrub nurse, and an anesthesia" I say
"Why two neuro?" The other Mia ask
"Because, the trauma is about neuro" I say
"But why can't we do something more exiting than post ups" Mia ask
"Because I want you to do post ups, and you do what I say" I tell them "why are you still standing here, move" I yell, and they get moving. Poor y/n.

I go and find y/n, waiting for the ambulance.
"L/N" I say
"Shepard" she say and giggle
"That's so stupid, why do people do that" I ask while giggling
"I have no idea" she say
"L/N, Shepard" Dr. Rogers say, and we both break down laughing.
"What's so funny?" Rogers ask
"Sorry, Dr Rogers" I say and we go back to laughing.
The ambulance come and the paramedics come out of the ambulance with the boy
"15 year old boy, broken neck" the paramedic say
"OR 1" I say, and we go to OR 1. Great, this is gonna be a whole lot of fun.
"Let's get going, 21 blade" I demand and the surgical technologist give it to me. I open him up and his carotid artery's burst.
"Damn it" I say and try to stop the bleeding
"Tissues" Derek say
"No, I got this" I say and the bleeding stops
"Sorry" Shepard say
"No worries, just let me do what I have to do" I say
"Ofc" Derek say. I get to his neck, and see his connections to his legs is broken.
"Oh well that's tuff" I say "I don't... Shepard?" Derek looks at the damage then he looks at me.
"You can do this" Derek say
"But It's never been done before" I say
"You got this, trust me" Derek say. His connection isn't there, and I need to find it...
