Revenge and Cakes

"I don't think this is a good idea."
Lisa said as she parked her car near Tara's house.
"It's fine. It's harmless."Chaeyoung reassured, hugging the pack of toilet paper to her chest. "Here's yours."
The blonde twisted around in her seat to grab the second pack of toilet paper from the backseat.

Although Lisa accepted the toilet papers, she started to protest." I don't think we should toilet paper her house."
The protest went through Chaeyoung's ear and went out from her other ear. The blonde ignored Lisa and went out the car.

"Chaeyoung!" Lisa opened the car door and quickly locked her car.
"Chaeyoung!" She whispered yelled as she struggled to catch up with blonde.

"Chaeyoung! Are you sure about this?" Lisa panted as she finally caught up with Chaeyoung.
"Rosie."
"What?"
"You can call me Rosie. I only let my best friends call me that. But since you are my girlfriend," Chaeyoung smiled and booped Lisa's nose." You can call me that too."

The little nose boop caught Lisa off guard and she didn't even noticed that Chaeyoung had marched off further.

Chae-Rosie, wait up!" Lisa ran after her.

"This is the one, right?" Chaeyoung confirmed, looking up at the huge two story house in front of her.
Honestly,Lisa could have just lied right there and told her she had given Chaeyoung the wrong address during the drive.

But maybe some part of her was fully down for this "revenge" because she nodded.

"Awesome."Chaeyoung smirked as she started tearing the plastic of her toilet paper pack. "She lives with her family there? That's a lot of space for one person."

"Yeah but her family is on a vacation so it's just her. And Ollie and Brownie. "Lisa smiled wistfully."I am going to miss those two puppies though."

Chaeyoung clutched a roll of the toilet paper in her hand as she stared at the house in front of them. She took a few steps back, calculating the necessary distance needed for her to throw these tissues over the gate and onto the house.

"The gate isn't high enough but we will have to throw pretty hard. But even if it didn't land on the house it will land on the yard or something and it will still show Tara she messed with the wrong girl."

Chaeyoung looked around the perimeter. It was just the two of them under the dim streetlights. The cool air made Lisa put down the tissue pack temporarily on the ground to rub her arms to get some heat.

She shouldn't have left her hoodie back in the car.

"Oh shoot. I didn't think about the CCTV.Tara seems like the type of girl who won't let this go so I don't want us in jail." Chaeyoung lowered the toilet paper.

Lisa stared at the toilet paper in her hand before staring at the house. Although she had been trying to stop Chaeyoung from TP-ing her ex's house, now that the opportunity to walk back was presented to her, Lisa found herself not really wanting to.

Sure, she was happy with Tara before she found out Tara was cheating. Even then, Lisa enjoyed being together with her so much, she just ignored it.

Now that she thinks about it,how many times had Tara just cancelled their dates last minute or took a rain check on their plans? The next day, there was an apology text and later flowers with a teddy bear sent to Lisa but Tara didn't even come give her that in person.

Thinking about all those now, Lisa wanted to scoff at herself for not seeing all the signs and for not ending the relationship herself sooner.

Lisa deserved better than all of Tara done to her.
