SPM Theories!

Dimentio; Father, Brother, or Son?

AN: Before I start. At the end of each chapter, I shall include different characters included in the theory for reactions, probability of the theory being canon, and I am open to requests on theories to look into~!

Some parts may include multiple theories, like this one.

THEORY #1 - Dimentio is Blumiere's father.

Now, many SPM fan-folk like myself have most likely heard this theory, but I shall repeat...

Dimentio is Blumiere's father.

There is quite a bit of information pointing both ways for this. Like, Blumiere and Dimentio are both French (or at least IMPLIED their both French), so that must mean they are somehow related.

Right?

I don't know for certain where the theory of 'Dimentio is Blumiere's father' came from, but I can guess. The fact that Dimentio CAME to Count Bleck on his own and was TURNED away might suggest some kind of beforehand knowledge of each other. And Dimentio's attempt to kill him might be because of their implied terrible relationship.

But think about this solid piece of information...

When Blumiere thought that his father had killed Timpani, he snapped, as shown in the memory. So I think it's kinda implied that he might have ended his father's game along with probably everyone else within that world...

Aaaaaannnnnnddddd I don't think Count Bleck would let his father join the team after that stunt with Timpani. And if you say 'But Dimentio has a mask! That means his face is hidden!', I'm PRETTY SURE that Blumiere/Count Bleck would recognize his voice...

Plus Dim has legs and Blu doesn't, so genetically speaking that doesn't really make much sense...

This brings me to theory #2!

THEORY #2 - Dimentio is Blumiere's brother.

This theory has eluded how it could possibly make any sense to me until I realized something...

Blumiere's mother is never mentioned.

EVER.

Blumiere's father plays a crucial role behind the story of SPM in sculpting Blumiere into the main antagonist Count Bleck. His father is portrayed as cruel and unforgiving.

But have you ever asked WHY?

This cruelty in his father could be brought on by the fact it is implied that Blumiere's mother isn't THERE. Now, it can probably be assumed that she was killed someway or somehow (another theory I'll do), but have you ever considered the fact she might have LEFT?

I'm sure many of you might have heard or experienced a father walking out on a family, but I have heard from a TRUE source that mothers, unfortunately, do that too...

So, back on track, what if Blumiere's mother left Blumiere's father to be with-

*Pause for dramatic effect*

A HUMAN?!

Think about it! Blumiere's father HATES humans! He says it himself in the memory clips in-game.

"You have been duped by a dirty human"

And

"Our kind and humans must never mix"

So, and hear me out, what if Blumiere's mother ran off with a human? Left her son and husband, ran off with a human, and had a CHILD.

Dimentio has magic, implying he is descended from one of the tribes, his knowledge of the Dark Prognosticus suggesting the Tribe of Darkness. He has detachable hands like Blumiere but has legs. PLUS, both of them are implied to be French (As I afore mentioned~).
