Jared's POV 'No!No!No!' Sam keeps repeating.Emily hurt pops in his head 'shit' I shift and call Paul. I tell him to bring sue Clearwater cause she knows the secret and is a doctor. I shift back and run to Emily's. I arrive and shift. I go to her and Sams gone 'probably couldn't handle it'. Soon Paul and sue show up and Emily regains consciousness.
Emily's POV I open my eyes to be surrounded by Paul, Jared and sue. I was surprised to see Jared as devastated as if he held his own sister. I tried to talk but it hurt too much "stay quiet sweetheart, it'll minimize the damage" sue said. She was able to stabilize me and took me to the hospital. (At hospital when she's ok) "what causes the damage?" A doctor asked "I was attacked by a bear up north during salmon spawning season" I say low. I had to protect the tribes secret and Sam accused of abuse.
Jared's POV (Next day) I've been keeping Sam updated on Emily, he's too ashamed of himself. "I want to see Sam" she say, I nod and go outside. I go to the forest and shift. 'She wants you Sam' I say 'I can't' he says 'Sam,come on, she NEEDS you' I say. 'Fine' he says and I shift and go back inside.
Emily's POV Sam walks in looking down and upset."Please, please tell me to kill myself. I can't handle the pain and reminder I put you through" Sam begs. 'He's that bound to me?I also don't feel complete without him'."don't hurt yourself, I...I love you" I say. He looks surprised "I forgive you, forgive yourself. I don't care for the weather like usual, I just want to look nice. I arrive and go in. "Room 223?" I ask the front lady and head there. I see Paul and another guy who kind of looks like Paul outside Emily's room.I've heard the rumors of Paul, another guy and Sam in a cult or gang but never believed it. Even tho he did look older all of a sudden and just hanging with them. We've even been secretly meeting 'why is that? Is that why? He can't see me?' I walk over. "Jo, hey" Paul says awkwardly "hi, I'm Jared" the other guy says. "Hi, Josie" we shake hands and Paul glares at Jared, his hands also very warm. We let go and I see Jared look me up and down. "What are you doing here?" Paul asks "seeing Emily which who you probably know" I say. "Yep" he says 'where's Sam?'. Paul's POV Sam comes out after Josie went in. "How does she know who you were? And why was she mad?" I ask "that's in the story of me and Emily, I think it's time to tell you guys" Sam says.
