Josies POV "Did you call my dad?" I ask "yes, he's coming" Dr Cullen says. I put my hands over my face "you'll need to get me a sample of the potential father to match the dna"he says"but I don't want him to know yet..or at all" I say. "Be discreet then but I'll need it" he says "ok" I say. He walks out and dad walks in "Jo what happened? You said real quick" dad asks "it was quick...but the wolf was faster" I say. "Why were you in the woods? You know how many killings have happened"he says "I was near the woods and yes and the wolf could have killed me but it didn't" I say which confuses me on why.
Paul's POV I run to Sam "it happened" I say "what? What happened?"He asks."J-Josie,she came to see me and we argued"I say and he understands what happened "How bad? Is she okay?" He asks. "I got above the elbow, she was able to call 911, I believe she's okay" I say "did she see you? Does she know?" He asks "I shifted in front of her but ran before she looked up so I don't know" I say. "This is a problem, you have to find out" he says "ok".
Josies POV (Couple hours later) "your free to go, if anything happens come back, otherwise rest and be careful, it's still healing" Dr Cullen says "thank you" I get up and me and dad walk out.We leave.We get home and go inside. Bella hugs me right away,I wince and push her."Sorry,you ok?"She asks"yeah minor injury"I say "it's not minor, if it was you wouldn't have been in the hospital" dad says. "I'm gonna go get some rest, night"I say"night"they both say and I go to my room. I change slowly. I finish and look out the window. I see a wolf in the woods. It looks like the one that scratched me but it looks protective, regretful and harmless.'Maybe it did it on accident,I mean it didn't kill me' I shake my head and go to sleep. (Next day) I wake up and go to the bathroom. I unwrap my bandage and add new bandages. I go back to my room and change.

Carlisles POV "I've called this family meeting cause I think there's wolves" I say "ok, that's not a problem, we know the treaty and so should they,what's wrong with it?"Alice asks. "Yesterday Bella's sister came in with 3 claw marks" I say "that's violating the treaty" Esme says "why should we care about her?" Rose asks harshly. "Rose, Bella's with Edward and she's Bella's sister, she's our responsibility, she's with us, we must protect her" I say "but we don't know the full truth of what happened" Alice says "I can find out, through her or Bella" Edward says. "I thought you couldn't read them" Jasper says "I can't,I'll talk to them about it" he says "I don't think that will be good, you can't just ask her 'what happened'. She won't tell you just like that and Bella, do you really think she will just tell you what happened to her sister?" Emmett says. "It's all we got" Esme says.
Josies POV I get a text from Paul "hey" he says "hey, you ok? Did the wolf get you?" I ask "I'm fine, what do you remember?" He asks. "Um I was talking and I think the wolf jumped in front of us and scratched me, I'm pretty sure you ran before it got you and I don't blame you for running.Then it was gone, is that what you saw?" I ask. "Yes, are you ok? How bad is it?" He asks "I'm fine,not too bad"I say.I get a text from Seth and Leah"you ok?" "What happened?".Before I could answer Bella walks in "I have a date with Edward Cullen" she says "he's a little old for ya,ain't he?"Dad asks. "No, he's a junior, I'm a junior, I thought you liked the Cullens" she says "I thought you didn't like any of the boys in town" he says "Edward doesn't live in town, technically, he's right outside" she says. "He is?" Me and dad ask "yeah he wanted to meet you, officially"she says."Alright—he puts the gun in place—bring him in" dad says and I laugh "could you be nice? He's important" I felt like that was more to me and dad circles his head like an angel. 'This will be interesting'.
