Sonic POV
A few hours later...
Shadow had fallen asleep hugging me.
He looked so... peaceful. I couldn't help but want to stay like this.

"Sonic!" Something was screamed through my communicator.

"Y-yes?!" I had jumped up and woken up Shadow. Soon, he fell off the couch.

"Get you and Shadow prepared and get the mask thing as well. We are coming to drop you both off at HQ for questioning on the mask."

"Yes sir," I nodded.

I turned to Shadow and hung up the communication. "Get up, lazy-hog," I growled.

Shadow laughed and hugged me. "Sweetie," I felt my face flush, "what's wrong?" I felt his hand rub my back.

"Oo~ you are- mm~" It felt so good. I leaned back as he continued. "We need to get ready and grab the bandana."

He nodded and stopped. "Shadow-" I quickly covered my mouth. He turned to me and smirked. Then, he took my hand and kissed it, opening one eye to look at me. My face flushed. I quickly covered my cheeks, that we're now a shade of bright red.

"Do you want more, my dear?" He winked. I quickly looked around. After I finished checking if anyone else was watching.

I whispered something. "Hm?" He gave me a smirk. I blushed and looked away.

"Y-yes..."

Just as I said that he started rubbing my back and ear again. I couldn't help but purr. I leaned back on his shoulder. I saw his charming smirk looking at me. Why is he so good at this?

Shadow POV
He kept purring. I saw a smile peek through. It was beautiful. I've never seen anything so gorgeous. I couldn't help but lean down and close my eyes.

I kissed him lightly and grabbed his waist, sticking our lips together. "Mm~" the most lovely hedgehog wrapped his arms around my neck as I continued. Soon, we parted. I started to lick his neck. "Ahh~" I smiled.

"Shad~ not yet~"

"Fine, but-" I pecked his lips and dipped him, "-you are mine."

He smiled, "If you tell anyone about this you will regret it."

I nuzzled him. "Of course, baby," I saw his face heat up, "now, let's get ready, shall we?"

"Yeah," he got out of my arms and started to walk away.

"Sonic"

"Yes?"

"I love you," I grinned.

He blushed, "Shut up idiot!" He ran all the way upstairs as I laughed a little.
