I walked down the road. Snap. I turned around to see what that was. Nothing. Nothing was there. I picked up the pace of walking with the feeling of someone following me. I ran. I heard footsteps behind me closing in on me. I panted for breath, and tried to reach home. I could feel the chaser's breath just on the brink of my neck. I took off into the woods, trying not to fall over.
Crap.
I jinxed it. I fell over a tree trunk, and scurried along the floor, trying to keep away from my follower. I looked up. I saw nothing but a man or woman in a black hoodie and a black pair of trousers. What does he or she want?
They said nothing. If they wanted something with me, they would've said something to me by now shouldn't have they? I stood up and wiped off the dead and crunched up leaves that had clung to my black leggings. I walked backwards slowly, and they followed. Were they mute?
"What do you want with me?" I said, holding onto a tree to keep my feet steady. They didn't reply. They lifted their hands, and then took off their hood. It was a boy. A topaz eye coloured boy. He had golden messy hair, which he ran his hand through.
He flashed a crooked smile, and sauntered over towards me. I gulped and started running again. What is this dude's problem? I wanted to talk, and solve this issue, but he clearly didn't.
"Wait, Stop!" He yelled. His voice is like jingle bells on Christmas day. I stopped, and whipped around to only see that he was only a few feet from me. I gulped and looked up to him.
"You don't remember me?" He asked, holding my jaw, and showing his teeth as he smiled.
"I don't know you, and, I don't want to know you either" I moaned as his grip was too tight for my liking. "So? You won't remember that you were once mine? That, you and I were arranged to be married?" He asked, and then wrapped his arms around me tightly.
"No. I have never ever been proposed to" I told him.
"Well, that's where you're wrong, Isabella" He smiled, and walked backwards slightly.
"How do you know my name?" I asked, walking towards him. He shook his head. He looked pained and hurtful, and that I had said the wrong thing.
"Go! Go on! You don't want me anymore! I have lost you..." He somehow flew off, and left me all alone in the woods. The wind started to pick up, and the trees danced violently. I shivered, and rubbed my arms keeping myself warm. I started to walk back through the woods, and went home... Weird.
