chapter 14

a/n sorry for not uploading in such a long time, i have been very busy with catching up on school work, but i promise i will try to post more! love u, enjoy the story!

As you and alex walk out the store a lady runs up to alex and tries to hug him. "BABE, omg i haven't seen you in forever!!" as those words came out of her mouth your eyes widened as your mind filled with so many questions, you step up and confront her , " woah there, slow your roll alex isn't yours. i don't even know who you are!" "oh, he didn't tell you?" then quickly alex steps into the conversation "babe, this is my ex. the one who gave me this beanie i have on." some of your questions get answered but your still puzzled on why alex still has the beanie, is it a treasure or something? has he not moved on? she gasps "you still have the beanie babe! the same exact one my father gave to you before he died." oh, so that's why he still has it. sure it's sad but it still seems off. "actually uhm i wanted to give it to y/n... if that's okay?" "WHAT?! alex you don't understand, that beanie is special but i guess you think differently because you're gonna give it to that dirt bag!"  "EXCUSE YOU. i am nothing close to a dirt bag, you're just jealous that i have alex and you don't!" she goes silent and proceeds to walk away. wow,well now we know her weakness you thought in your head as alex opens the door for you to the car.  the entire ride was alex telling stories on how annoying she was and how bratty she was. she always had pushed alex to do things he didn't like. you both entered the hotel and just started watching tv and being on each others phones.

suddenly alex asks you a question, "mi amor, did you bring my guitar?" "yes i did in fact!" "can you hand it to me?" "of course, here." confused, you hand him the guitar and wonder what he's gonna play with the guitar. then alex starts playing a song, it sounded very familiar but in a odd way. you find the beat and try to remember the lyrics. then it hits you, this song was the one y'all made in freshman year of high school. you immediately start singing along, alex stops for a second then looks at you, you're confused so you question him "haha, what?" "oh, sorry it's nothing. i was just admiring how beautiful you're singing is." you can feel yourself blushing very visibly. alex grabs your cheek then proceeds to kiss you, you get tired so you rest your head on his chest and drift off.

you wake up to alex cuddling you tightly. you smile to yourself a little then check the time, it's 8pm (it's the same day) so you wake alex up by kissing his cheek. "hmm?" alex said in a sleepy voice "rise and shine bubs!" "morning hermosa.." "wow, somebody's tired-"  you get alex up then go down to the lobby to get him breakfast. you walked upstairs and open the door to see something very odd...
