Chapter 2

BLADE P.O.V:

Were sitting in the cafeteria in our factions, from here I can see the amity singing and playing games, the erudite reading books, candor fighting about what's true or not and the dauntless chatting away. The abnegation sit at our table silently waiting for our names to be called. I look over at Beatrice to see her hands shaking I quickly grab one and give her a reassuring smile which she returns with a smile of her own, for another 5 minutes we sit there like that until our names are called "Beatrice Prior, Blade Prior, Caleb Prior, Dylan Pucker" the erudite woman called out, we got out of our seats and walked out the doors quietly until we reached the rooms where we were all split up. I walked in the room to see a weird chair in the middle that was hooked up to a computer, the walls were also mirror "I forgot about abnegation and mirrors" said a daunless woman looking at me, she had black hair and brown eyes with some tattoos "take a seat" she said pointing to the chair, I walked over and took a seat "my names blade" I said closing my eyes "weird name for an abnegation girl" she said and I sighed "are you going to tell me yours" I asked opening my eyes "Tori" she said "drink this" she handed me a small vial with blue liquid in it "whats is it" I asked "you ask a lot of questions for an abnegation" she said and I shrugged then swallowed the liquid and with that I closed my eyes getting tired. When I opened my eyes I was in the same room but instead of a chair there was a man with pitch black eyes "who are you" I asked but instead of an answer he lunged at me which I easily dodged "wow calm down" I said and all he did was stare at me confused "I don't want to hurt you but if you throw the first punch I won't hesitate to kick your ass" I said which earned me a punch to the face "bitch" he snapped and I glared at him "okay you can call me a lot of things but when you call me a bitch I'm not responsible for your injuries" I snapped at him before punching him which caught him off guard and sent him down to the ground, I kicked him in the ribs. All of a sudden the place changed and I was out in an ally way were I heard crying and yelling "you bitch" I heard a familiar voice say and with that I ran deeper into the ally way until I came across Caleb pushing a knife to Beatrice' neck. I looked around and found a broken piece of glass on the ground, I picked it up and ran over "CALEB STOP" I yelled pushing him away from Beatrice "what the hell are you doing" he snapped at me "I should be asking you the same thing" I snapped back "I'm treating this bitch how she deserves to be treated" he said pointing at Beatrice "and what has she done to earn this" I asked and watched as his face became shooked "she was born" he said snapping back into his angry state "is that really a reason to push a knife to her neck, Caleb she's your sister and your her brother your supposed to love each other" I said and watched as his face became soft and tears started flowing down his checks "I'm so sorry" he said looking at Beatrice "its okay" she said and hugged him. Then everything went black and I woke up.
