Chapter 3

BLADE P.O.V:

I wake up to sweaty palms and a headache, look over to Tori who has a strange look on her face " that" she says "was perplexing. Excuse me, I'll be right back" and with that she leaves. Perplexing?. I sit in the chair and wait,as the moments pass, I get more nervous. Finally the door opens,and Tori walks in. I grip the arms of the chair "sorry to worry you" Tori says. She stands by my feet looking tense and pale. "Blade, your results were inconclusive" she says. "Typically, each stage of the simulation eliminates one or more of the factions, but in your case, only two have been ruled out" she continued "two" I said shocked "whats two factions" I asked "Candor and Amity" Tori said "so I'm either Abnegation, Dauntless, or Erudite" I asked and she nodded "it's called Diverge" she said which made my head snap up and stare at her "people like you are called Divergent" she said and I nodded looking down at the ground "Blade" she says "under no circumstances should you share that with anyone. This is very important." "We aren't supposed to share our results, I know that" I said "No" Tori kneels next to the chair, our faces inches apart. "This is different. I don't mean you shouldn't share them now; I mean you should never share them with anyone, ever, no matter what happens. Divergence is extremely dangerous. You understand" she said and I nodded. I peel my hands away from the arms of the chair and stand. "I suggest you go home. You have a lot of thinking to do, and waiting for the others may not benefit you." "I have to tell my brother and sister where I'm going." "I'll let them know" she said and with that I walk out of the room and head home thinking about what faction I'll choose".
