Mother. My number one hero. Mother. The one who never gives up. Mother. The one who wipes your tears. Mother. The one who can rip your heart out.
How can you be so loving, yet cruel at the same time? Why is it that I try to make you proud but instead I let you down? What is the reason for cold bitterness. Why do you always frown?
I wish that I could of been a better daughter for you. I wish that you could see yourself in my point of view. I wish that you weren't so wrapped up in your own pain and suffering that you didn't see mine. I wish that your family was enough for you. I wish that you didn't have to rely on substance to bury your sorrows from the world.
But mother. I notice. I see. And I hear. But mother. What you fail to realize is that I feel your pain. But mother. You don't have to be alone. But mother. You are so unbelievably loved. But mother. I am here.
Mother. You always have a mask on. Mother. Your so untrusting. Mother. I want you to be here, really here. Mother.......I want the real you back.
