Pizza and such

It was Friday. I walked into the school with Andrea. Andrea was my closest friend. Don't get me wrong I'm not a total loser with one friend. Ok. Half of that was true. I had 3 friends, but I was for sure a loser. I had yet to tell her about my pizza date with Calum. What am I saying, it's not a date. Well he did call it a date. Oh my God. I have a date tonight.

"So Andrea." I started slow, because I knew for a fact that she'd overreact.

"Mmhm?" We walked towards are first class which happened to be English, neither of us were fans.

"Well you know that kid Calum, yeah?" I slid into my seat and set my bag down.

She sat it the seat next to me and repeated my actions, before looking up at me. "Yeah what about him?"

"I have a date with him tonight." She looked a bit shocked, and her eyes looked gloomy for a second. Her eyes then widened and looked at me with sudden happiness.

"Stella! Your first date! Cute! Oh please can I help you get ready?"

"I was hoping you would want to!"

I slouch down in my seat in biology. I was suddenly nervous when I saw Calum walk in and smile at me. I started thinking hard about this whole thing. I don't like Calum, why would I? We just met. The fact is, I said yes to the date because he's nice. What if he over thinks it? I don't like him. Am I leading him on? I widened my eyes as a hundred thoughts ran through my head. I was shocked out of my daydream when Calum took a seat in front of me.

"Hi, Stells," Calum grinned at me and started rummaging through his backpack. Without looking up he stated "Im excited for tonight. Are you?" He looked up at me and smiled again. His smile was intoxicating.

"Yeah, really excited. What time should we meet?" I heard Calum chuckle.

"No, no, no, I'll be picking you up at 6 if that's okay with you. I was hoping we could order pizza and watch a movie at my place."

I smiled, "Wow, such a gentleman. But if we're going to your house it just makes sense for me to drive."

"It might make sense but that's irrelevant because I'm driving you and that's final." He clasped his hands together watching me closely.

I thought it through, and sighed. "Fine. But, I'mPayingForThePizza." That's the fasted I've ever said that many words. Nice.

"But Ste-" Right as he was about to argue the loud-migraine-giving-bell rang. I smirked at him as Mrs. Carpenter started lecturing.

It was 5:58. I was pushing my hair out of my face, while also pushing Andrea out of my house. She did my hair and make up, but since we were just going to be hanging out at Calum's house, I decided on leggings and a cute sweater. My blonde hair was in a pony tail. The kind that was meant to look messy, but was actually quite time consuming and anything but simple. With my make up, Andrea did my classic. Light eyeshadow, black eyeliner, and barely any mascara. I really don't like make up.

I sat on the couch waiting to hear the doorbell, hoping this wouldn't be a mistake. Once I did, I grabbed my phone and shoved my combat boots on, my go to shoes, and opened the door looking forward to seeing Calum. My smile faded when I saw the package delivering man. I grabbed the package and mumbled a thank you, before slumping down on the couch.

After 10 minutes I turned on the tv, watching Gossip Girl reruns. I continued to check my phone, getting no messages or calls from Calum. I sighed heavily, "I knew this was too good to be true." I said aloud, but mostly to myself. After a few episodes, and the time being 9:30, I came to a conclusion.

"Oh my God. Calum Hood stood me up."
