After crying i lay down and cry so hard and just say
You: "why why why! What did selena do to deserve this why!!!" I sob
I sit down and call my mom and she picks up and all I hear is crying my mom was close with selena like I was so it wasn't fair to her or me or her family
You:"hello mom?!"
Her: "I heard what happened omg I can't stop crying my day is ruined!"
You: "Look mommy i need you to stay strong with me I know this hurts terribly but selena would want us to know that she isn't suffering anymore which is hard to believe"
Her: " I know I know but I just can't see life without her! All those memories we had with her those long trips everything we did together is gone...."
I think about what my mom said and how thats sadly true
Her: "Mi hija think of this, We can't get her back her voice is silenced forever we can't go back in time and fix that! Even if we both want to we can't"
I start crying again because how my mom said her voice is silenced forever
Her: "I just can't believe this why why why I told you I knew that women was up to no good"
My mom hangs up and I continue crying till I go to sleep

I fall asleep on the couch and wake up to someone viciously shaking me, I look up to see its my prima I jump up in fright and ask
You: "what was that for and what time is it?!"
Your cousin: "GIRL IT IS 2:56PM WHAT WAS YOU DOING LAST NIGHT"
She looks over at my bathroom and bedroom and says
Her: "ohhhh your still crying huh?!"
You: "No shit Sherlock her death is still fresh"
Your cousin: "I know man my feelings are crushed to she was so pure but we need to get out the house okay?!"
You: "I'd rather stay here and cry"
Her: "what tf why?!?!"
You: " I know if I go out ima see selena evrrywhere!"
Her: "I know but you can't stay in the house like this forever"
You: I don't know ill think about it
After that conversation I turn on my TV and to see a news reporter talking about selena I hear them say:

News reporter: " yesterday afternoon we sadly lost a superstar Selena Quintanilla Perez! There will be a candle light vigil held for her tonight."

I instantly turn of the TV and my cousin walks back in and says
Her: "come on whats taking so long?!"
You: "well I thought about it and I'm not going"
Her: "what why?!"
You: "I don't know I just can't"
Her: "look we need to get something for the funeral ANDD the casket viewing okay?!"
You: "fine"
