No one's P.O.V -

"Edd wait up!" Tom said running after Edd who was chasing a bunny. "Edd cmon! Its just a bunny thats hurt! We might get in trouble and you know we're adults! We should just leave it be and let someone else handle it..." Tom said catching out of breath. Edd was still chasing the bunny not paying attention to what anything Tom said and soon dissapeared into the forest.

"Hey! Come bac-" Edd got cut off tripping on a rock that scraped his knee. "Owch..." he stopped paying attention to the bunny realizing his surroundings. It was far from home, well somewhat far. It was a garden, It had flowers, crops, and animals. Edd did a sharp inhale as he held his bleeding knee.

"Hey Matild-" someone said coming inside the garden. "!" He gasped a little and tried pinching his nose to get the scent of blood away from him. "Are you okay?!" The Ginger haired said running up to Edd. "Y-Yeah..." Edd said still in pain.

The Ginger, and Edd just stared at each-other anaylzing each other. Edd pushed his hair aside. Edd had Hazel eyes, Brown hair, He was a bit short, he had a brown cape around him, a white long-sleeved shirt. The Ginger was wearing some sort of Black Cloak, basically making him look like a vampire (which he is-) he had sharp fangs, Tealish Bluish eyes, but his eyes turned red once he had the scent of blood. The Ginger shook his head.

"I-Im sorry. Im Matt!" He said putting his hand out for Edd to shake. "Edd... Im Edd!" He smiled softly. Edds hair going down and covering his eyes now. "So what are you doing out here...?" Matt asked a bit curious. "Well um.... I was gonna help an injured bunny but-" Edd got cut off "You like animals?! I do too!" Matt smiled. "Well, yeah... I guess I do..." Edd said nervously.

"How about we play a game of... Hm... Things about each other! Ill go first!" Matt said excited it was sorta his first time meeting someone non-monsterlike and not killing them. "Hm... I like, Blood!" Matt said smiling. Edd giggled, "I dont really like blood, all I know is that my blood is sorta unique." Edd said looking down at his knee. Matt tilted his head, "What do you mean? Can you humans not die from blood lost....?"

Matt was confused not knowing much ahout humans and never bothered to be friends with them anyways. "Well. I can never die from blood loss... I can die from injuries like guns and stuff but for me its like my blood just re-generates... Yknow?" Edd laughed awkwardly. "Oh." Matt was interested now.

"H-" Someone else came in but Matt quickly hissed at them holding Edd protectively taking Edd by suprise. "C-Can you let go..." Edd mumbled really red and nervous but actually somewhat warm and cozy. Edd suddenly got knocked out and fell asleep in Matts arms. "Oh sorry did I interrupt something Big Brother...?" Matilda asked crossing her arms.

"No. Its not like Im gonna kill him!" Matt said still holding Edd and looking down at him. "Heard that one before." Matilda rolled her eyes. "Hey! It wasnt my fault... I promise I wont kill him! He seems special...." Matt said in a calm voice trying not to wake Edd up.

"Well? Shouldnt we bring him back home then? To HIS Home? If your not gonna eat him might as well not to get any of his beloved worried." Matilda shrugged.

Matt looked back down at Edd, "He seems lost... For all we know his home might be on the other side of the world!" He said still holding onto Edd.

"Ugh... Matt! You know we cant keep humans in our kingdom. Theres plenty of THIRSTY Vampires there that can just Kidnap Edd!" Matilda said arguing knowing what trick Matt is playing.

"....Fine, just for one night? He can stay in my room and I-Ill protect him!" Matt said in a regular mixed worried tone.

"Okay. Deal, just dont try to know. Bleh!" Matilda said fake slicing her throat.

"I told you I wont!" Matt said "Plus Im the older sibling here dont forget whos mums favorite!" Matt sticked his tounge out at Matilda.

"Well thats offensive." She scoffed.

"Im going inside." Matt said walking back inside carrying Edd as if he was a baby. They arrived upstairs and Matt gently set him down on the bed.

"Matthew." He heard a voice call from his doorway.

"Hi Mum..." Matt said in a quiet tone.

"Whos this? A Human? A Snack? Or is it your boyfriend?~" Matts Mom giggled.

"M-Mum! We just met! His name is Edd." Matt said quiet yelling.

"Well, If you just met and you have no interest in him whatsoever. Why is he laying on you bed?"

Matts Mom asked. "WELL- UM. I JUST WANTED TO PROTECT HIM!" Matt quietly shouted.

"So you have feelings for this human you just met?" She asked.

Matt sighed. "Well.... I dont know I guess.... Can you just leave us alone...?"

Matt asked his voice calming down. "Okay Okay. Ill go." She said leaving the hallway. Matt sighed closed his door and looked over to Edd he changed his clothes and went next to Edd holding him protective while drifting off to sleep.
