"Edd wait, hold on!!" Tom said running after Edd who was chasing after an injured bunny Tamara had mentioned, but slowing down trying to catch up. "Its just a bunny! we can let someone else handle it!!" Edd ignored Tom trying to catch up to the bunny.

Tom lost sight of Edd, and Edd finally managed to get ahold of the bunny. "I got you now!" He held the bunny gently and got up looking around his surroundings. He walked around then accidentally.-

-......tripped. on a rock?? are you serious? It scraped his knee but the bunny got down safely, it had surprisingly waited for Edd to get back up. Edd picked the bunny up again, but didn't get up. He just couldnt.

His surroundings seem to be in a garden of some sort. He then saw someone walking towards him, but not looking directly at him. "HEY MATT COULD YOU POSSIB-" a ginger haired girl had said then stopped to look at the boy who was sitting on the ground, injured. the girl had covered her nose, "mooMMMM!!!!" she called.

"Yes, Dear?" a taller woman had responded walking to her.

"a human is here."

"a human?"

'what the fuck do they mean human?? are they not a human themselves??' Edd thought.

"I'll get your brother to hunt this one."

"WHAT?!! WHY HIM?!?" Matilda said then huffed.

"you hunted last time its Matt's turn now." Edds mind was filled with absolute fear.

'am I going to die?? oH THIS IS THE END FOR MEEE.... IT WAS NICE KNOWING YOU TOM, TAMARA, ELL. I GUESS......'

A ginger haired male with a black cloak who looked around his age came out to his view as well and looked down on him and kneeled down, and they were looking into eachothers eyes, the ginger haired male had looked down and up at Edd "Mom. really? this human looks so scared. and harmless." the other Male said and helped Edd up.

Edd thanked him, quietly. "God, you guys are so pathetic, hunting a innocent human." the other male had said looking at his mom and sister. He looked down on Edd again. "Hes a human like Jon... maybe I should introduce them to eachother, Jon could maybe lead him back home!"

"Matt... it's been a while since we've tasted a blood of a human..." Matilda said in a quiet tone

"So what?! dont hurt an innocent one!! His loved ones must be waiting for him!!" the taller gingered male held him close so Matilda couldnt get her hands on him.

"Your so sym-paathetic." Matilda hissed, she walked away from the rest.

"so dear, what shall we do with him." The older woman had asked.

"we'll bring him to Jon tomorrow morning, I'll follow them to be safe." Matt responded. Edd was silent not being able to process anything. Matt sighed and walked inside his dark eerie castle and dragged Edd along with him to his room, so he can keep a close eye on him.

once they arrived at his room he locked the doors and shut the window. "How do you prefer to sleep, human?" Matt asked tilting his head down to Edd, Edd gave a small look around the room and opened his mouth to speak properly.

"can you leave the lights open?..." he requested. Matt nodded his head and
complied. "thank you... for that back there."

Matt smiled, "No problem! I'm sorry about my sister and mother... I'm sure you'd like to meet my human brother tomorrow morning though!!"

"Are you... What are you guys exactly...?" Edd asked in confusion, still in shock and fear. Matt thought for a moment.

"I guess... You could sayyy... pureblooded vampires! call me Prince Matt! What about you, human?"

Edd didnt mind Matt and the others constantly calling him human even if it was a teensy bit annoying. It didnt bother him to much, he thought if he said his name hopefully he would stop calling him 'human'. "My name is Edd." He said in response to Matt's question. Edd yawned after that, "alright night night Edd!" Matt said picking him up and plopping him down on his bed. "Okay, dont do anything when I fall asleep. Matt."

Matt gasped and scoffed offensively, "First off, I would never do anything to anyone while their asleep!! How could you assume that you human?? After I saved your life! Second off, its PRINCE Matt to you, little green riding hood!!" Edd laughed a little, then after went to sleep right after. Matt closed the lights and layed next to Edd and held him protectively, falling asleep slowly. "Goodnight...", he said lastly before finally drifting to sleep...
