Long claws struck deeply, her nails fixed into razor sharp talons that swiped at him.

Yun however wasn't so easily beaten, the sword he brought being used as a shield, blocking both swings as he leapt back.

Hana's appearance changed completely, her secret exposed, her real self appearing. All nine tails swayed behind her, pointed fox ears on her head twitching.

Her black hair had become a pale silver, her facial appearance changing as if they were never hers in the first place. Even clothing transformed, turning to the snow white hanbok she wore with pride.

"I shouldn't have trusted you, Yun. You're too clever."

Stepping one foot closer to the sword carrying priest she spoke firmly, her clawed hands twitching, the red string tied around her wrists dragging behind her.

Yun however wasn't shaken, instead pointing his sword towards her as he bit back.

"Deep down I always knew, but I never wanted to believe it. Now I know you're a monster. I can't let you live."

Hearing that, she swiped and clawed, her long nails blocked by his steel blade. Every strike either missed or was stopped, Hana quick to learn.

He gasped when he saw her crouch down, a plume of smoke appearing as she transformed into a massive white. Hastily rolling away, he just barely dodged the fox who opened its jaws before leaping high.

Yun just narrowly slips away, her jaws biting down in a heavy chomp, gracefully landing on her paws before transforming back.

"Yun, you lied to me."

Hana spoke in a mumble, her hair messy, the girl almost feral as she stood up again.

"You tricked me. All this time you never loved me."

Yun didn't respond, only standing firmly with his sword, silent as he stared calmly at Hana. Getting no answer only angered her more, shouting as she ran in to strike.

"Why won't you fight back!?"

Her strikes were more quick and brash, a rogue scratch leaving an open, horizontal wound beneath his eye. Blood trickled down his cheek, dripping down onto his ocean blue clothing.

Still, he was calm, not swinging his sword even once, the metal blade covered in nicks and scratches. She breathed heavy, her claws chipped after striking his sword so many times.

"Are you tired, Hana?"

She only grew more furious after hearing him worry over her health, unsure if he was truthful or if he was just manipulating her.

"Stop worrying about me and fight back!"
