"Are you going to tell me why you are in such a bad mood after that phone call" I feel a bit nosey but I really wanted to know.
"It was nothing I swear! And I'm not in a bad mood. Do you wanna go chill at my hotel?" He seems happier than when we go in the car so I agree and text my mom telling her I will be a bit later.
"Wait my clothes are soaked and I don't have anything else to wear"
"You can just borrow some of my clothes I don't mind" holy crap Grant Landis just told me that!! I could wear Grants clothes! I know I am getting way to excited but my inner fan girl is still there trying not to freak out about the whole day.
"Okay to your hotel it is" the ride to the hotel seems quit short compared to the one from my house to the river. As we get out I realize how huge his hotel is.
"I know it's a bit big but my dad thought it would be a good idea. I think he just likes it here because you get the little chocolates on your pillows" he laughs and I join in.
Grants room is on the 7th floor which doesn't seem that high considering there are like a million floors in this place. Grant leads me down the hallway and around a corner he pulls out his key and opens the door widely. As I walk in the room I am surprised to see Howard sitting with Alyssa on the couch.
"Kendra!! Grant!! What are you guys doing here?" Howard says in complete shock. I'm guessing he didn't know we would be her either.
"Oh hey we were just going to come chill her but we can go..." Grant trails off. I didn't really want to go I was fine staying with Howard and Alyssa but I was okay if we didn't stay.
"No bro stay we should all do a YouNow together."
"Okay we just have to get changed" Grant hands me a pair of his sweats and a hoodie. I walk in to the bathroom and change out of my wet clothes into his comfy ones. They were so soft and comfy to wear, guys clothes are so much more comfy than girls. I walk out and sit on the floor beside Grant he grabs his computer and starts the broadcast. He quickly tweets about it and within seconds there are hundreds of people watching.
"Ugh guys I'm so awkward but this is Kendra and Alyssa. Me and Howard going to do the broadcast with them. So idk what to do..." He laughs his adorable laugh, which just makes me smile more than I already was. I try to read the comments but they are going so fast I read one that says Q&A.
"Somebody said Q&A we should do that" I whisper to Grant he nods in agreement.
"Okay guys so we are going to do a Q&A if you have any questions tweet them with the # ask grant" I go look under the hashtag and there are a lot of tweets I read a few they are all saying regular questions about tour and stuff. Grant reads a couple out loud and answers them. I look over at Alyssa and Howard they are answering questions to. I hear them talking about people shipping them together
" @landisbae says 'Are you and Kendra like a thing?'I hear Grant say and it snaps me out of my thoughts. I feel my checks go red and then I see the comments pointing out my reaction.
"Me and Kendra are just friends." I feel a frown come across my face but then Grant wraps his arm around my waist and pulls me closer my smile returns. After a few more questions Grant says goodbye and turns of the YouNow.
"Do you guys wanna watch a movie?"
"Yea okay. It's only early so we have time." Grant says to Howard. They pick the movie and put it in. I sit on the couch beside Alyssa with Grant on the other side of me.
We start watching the movie and I drift off to sleep. I hadn't realized how tired I was but I stayed up late last night and Grants clothes were so comfy.
"Kendra... Kendra." I hear as I wake up. I look up to see Grant. I am so glad this wasn't all a dream! I roll over to realize that Howard and Alyssa had left and I am now cuddled up to Grants chest.
"Howard went to take Alyssa home a while ago. Your mom texted you and said she wanted you home soon want me to drive you?" I tried to move so he didn't feel awkward with me laying on him but he just held me tighter, I'm glad he did being this close to him felt nice.
"Yea that would be awesome" I get up as I realize I am still wearing Grants sweats. I walk over to the washroom to get changed.
"Hey Kendra you can keep the sweater for now you look nice in it." I blush and walk to the washroom to change back into my pants.
We ride back to my house and Grant walks me to my door.
"Goodnight babe. Can I text you tomorrow" ugh when he calls me babe it just makes me want to melt he is so cute. I nod and start to turn around as I say goodbye. Before I can go Grant spins me around and wraps his arms around my me pulling me into a hug. I hug him back and when he leans away to look at me I kiss him on the check, a bold move for me but it felt right.
"Goodnight" I say and go into my house I sit down by the door and pet my dog, not able to believe the events that just happened.
