Omegaverse: Wolves

Chapter 2

Jimin exited at the back door and locked it securely. He fixed his sling bag and hugged himself. The cold wind of the city hit his body making him shiver.

"So cold. I should've brought my coat" He hissed.

While waiting for the bus, he noticed that the sidewalk seemed quiet and only a few wolves and people walk by. Odd but he couldn't care more. His mind is filled with hot choco and freshly cooked omelette that his mother probably cooked. It's cold and his mother usually make light dinner.

It's getting colder and colder. Jimin knew the bus won't come around this moment and sitting in a metal bench won't help him.

'It'll probably snow'

Jimin felt worried, he might catch cold because of this. "Sir driver please be quick, please be quick" he quietly wished as he tapped his foot already feeling he's going to jacktified (frozen to death).

Suddenly, he felt a thick coat wrapped around him. He jolted and looked at the person who did the act. Surprisingly, it was the kind alpha.

"Mr. Jeon? What are you doing here?" Jimin asked and was about to take the coat off but the other stopped him and wrapped it much better. "Take my coat, take care of yourself. I was taking a walk and happened to saw you shivering under this cold weather"

"Thank you Mr. Jeon, It's great to receive such kind act from you. I'm sorry if I caused troublesome to you"

"You're welcome and no, you didn't caused any trouble. Plus, alphas should take care of omegas"

Jimin bowed, showing an agreement to his words. Jungkook went awkward after Jimin acted that way, "Please don't get too formal. I'm not a politician nor someone who should be treated highly. Besides I'm around your age I guess.. Wait- how old are you again?"

"I'm 26, turning 27 this October"

"Oh.. I thought you're younger. I'm still 24 so turns out that you're older" Jungkook laughed lightly and scratch his nape. Jimin laughed a bit before went back on waiting for the bus.

Jungkook studied Jimin, more like finding something. His eyebrows twitch, "Where's your mark?"

"Huh?" Jimin looked at him confused.

"Aren't you old enough to get married? give birth?"

"I can't believe you're judging me Jungkook. I might be old but I'm single" Jimin pretended to be hurt but immediately stopped when he sense the panic of the younger. "Hey I'm just joking"

Jungkook let out a dry relief laugh before sighing. "It's getting cold yet the bus is still not here. Let me call my driver and drive you ho-"

"Oh no please, it's fine. I can just wait for the bus to arrive. I think it's going to be here any minute"

"Oh okay, I'll call my driver to pick me up then"

"Do as you please" Jimin smiled and snuggled inside the coat that is filled with the alpha's scent. Jimin can't deny that the younger smelled very pleasant. It's the smell of comfort and protection.

"You seem very comfortable with my coat" Jungkook chuckled. The shorter nodded and smiled back. He turned worried real quick and looked at his companion.

"Are you cold? That sweater isn't enough for you, here you can take your co-"

"I said take it and I'm fine. I'm more warm just to see you warm"

"That's clearly a lie, I can see your goosebumps and your nose is starting to red. How about let's share this coat of yours, yeah?"

"How?"

"U-um.. I don't really know but we'r-"

Jungkook took his coat back from Jimin and wore it which made Jimin feel a bit offended inside but the feeling quickly swiped away when Jungkook pulled him in a hug, wrapping him like a burrito.

Jimin's face went as red as tomato in a span of 2 seconds. He can now smell the younger much better and shit, his smell is literally his taste. Jungkook burried Jimin's head onto his chest as his arms tighten around his body.

Jimin felt himself going to faint. Why did he even suggest sharing the coat with him? But if he didn't then Jungkook would literally catch a cold. Wait.. does this mean he's going to let the alpha touch him?

"I hope you don't mind this" Jungkook mumbled but he only got a hum of comfort from Jimin that made his insides burst into several reactions. "It's fine, I feel warm. I hope you do too" whispered Jimin who's starting to get dozy.

'I'll let my guard down. I'll let my guard down. I'LL LET MY GUARD DOWN'

"I-I'm good don't mind me"

Jimin's consciousness woken up a little. He actually got an idea to warm Jungkook too but he doesn't if he should do it or not. It's their first time seeing each other and alot already happened.

'Screw it, I'm going to give back his warmth anyways. Let's just hope he won't get mad or something'

Jimin slowly raised his arms and carefully wrapped his arms around Jungkook's waist.

Jungkook let out a hum, a signal that he felt comfortable.

"Warm"
