Chapter 4

Jimin looked inside the mini truck, making sure all of the orders are well prepared and nothing will spill. Today, a huge company ordered the whole menu which made them close the cafe immediately due to preparations. Plus, the company just sold their foods out so there's nothing left to sell.

He nodded before looking at one of his worker, "Seoyul-ssi, I'm letting you handle the rest while I'm gone okay? Bake as many as you guys can for tomorrow"

Seoyul, a female omega nodded and bowed with the other workers. Jimin smiled before patting his brother's shoulder who's going to accompany him and drive the truck all the way to the assigned location. Jihyun went to the drivers sit while Jimin went to the passenger seat.

Peeping his hands out and wave to his employees.

His brother started the engine and drived safely. "I guess today's kinda lucky huh?" Jihyun started the conversation. The older chuckled and sighed, "It's not that lucky tho. Yes, we can get a huge amount of money after this but my workers would be exhausted too"

"That's rough but I think you guys can do this. It's not your first time experiencing this situation"

"Right. We can do this"

Jihyun chuckled and focused on driving, letting Jimin enjoy the music from the radio.

The ride finished quickly and Jimin went out of the truck. Staffs noticed him and greeted him with a bow which he also mimicked. "Mr. Park, we're glad to have you here. Let them carry the boxes and I'll assist you" A young female beta spoke up to him. Jimin clearly seeing sparks in her eyes.

Jimin smiled and nodded before informing Jihyun to open the back of the truck to which he obliged. The other staffs carefully picked up the boxes and went inside one by one, following Jimin, Jihyun and the female beta.

"Sorry if this question might offend you but who are you?" the female beta looked at Jihyun.

"He's my brother" Jimin answered instead of Jihyun. The woman nodded before opening a door, few staffs were inside along with two men in tuxedo. One of them looked familiar and when he turned around, that snapped Jimin.

"Jungkook?"

"Jimin?"

The both of them stared at each other in utter surprise. None of them expected to meet again.

Destiny indeed.

The other man turned around that is definitely a new face for Jimin. He looked at Jungkook then at Jimin and back at Jungkook in confusion. "You guys know each other?"

"Yeah" they both said in unison that blew the guy's expectations away. He's already aware of the omega's presence but he's never aware that the man standing beside him knows Jimin and Jimin knows him too.

That thought formed a smirk on his lips.

"Interesting" he teased while walking slowly towards Jimin. Jimin looked at the man cautiously, his body started to become stiff. "So the sassy but mighty omega.."

He paused beside Jimin and looked back at Jungkook who's also confused at the other's actions, "already met the sexiest alpha in the planet? What a destiny!" He clapped his hands startling Jimin.

Jungkook rolled his eyes at the nickname and to his tease. Too cringey.

Suddenly, someone entered the room and froze when he sensed the awkward tension around the room. Staffs were also tensed and remained silent.

"What's.. going on here?" He spoke up catching Jimin's attention and a wide smile formed on his lips. "Hoseokie!" He ran to the omega and engulfed him with a hug.

"Jiminie" he giggled and hugged his friend back. Jimin and Hoseok had been friends since college. Neither decided to cut their ties and decided to stay in contact.

"You're early than I expected"

"We decided to get early since we have to go back to the cafeteria and bake"

"Oh okay. Hi Jihyun!" Hoseok bubbly waved to Jimin's brother and Jihyun gladly waved back.

"You guys know each other?" For the first time after that awkward moment, Jungkook spoke up and walked up towards them.

Jimin nodded, "We're friends since college"

"Definitely besties" Hoseok added and they both giggled at their friendship. They get along so much that people call them 'fruit cups' back when they were in college.

Jungkook slowly nodded and looked at Taehyung who's looking at both omegas with heart eyes. He's far too soft for the two, they're so giggly and cute. Their smiles were so inviting.

"By the way, this is my alpha bestfriend, Kim Taehyung" Hoseok introduced him and Jimin looked at Taehyung with a sweet smile.

"Hello Jimin, I'm Taehyung. Sorry for what I did earlier, I just didn't expected that my little friend right here already met you" Taehyung nudged Jungkook but it didn't satisfied him.

"Tae!" Hoseok pinched the other's arm lightly before turning to his shorter. "Sorry, he's just too dorky sometimes"

Taehyung looked at Hoseok with an offended expression.

"Excuse me? Just because you're perfect doesn't mean you can look at me that low"

"I don't mean that way Tae"

"But-"

"Here's a donut, you said you want one right?" Hoseok shoved a donut onto Taehyung's mouth, shutting the boy up. The alpha laughed and ruffled the omega's hair, enjoying the donut instead.

"So I see that everything is complete, thank you so much Minie. The payment is already transferred in your credit card and it has bonus so don't worry" Hoseok winked.

"What? Oh no you don't really have to" Jimin waved his hands, declining the offer.

"Take it hyung, my father insisted" Jungkook smiled, Taehyung and Hoseok nodded agreeing to Jungkook's statement. Jimin completely forgot they were at the Jeons' company.

With a sigh, Jimin let's out an 'okay' before waving to everyone. He and Jihyun exited the room and was about to walk farther away when Jungkook suddenly called Jimin making him look back again.

Jihyun excused himself and went to outside first. The alpha scratched his nape. "Uh hyung"

"Yes Jungkook?"

"Earlier.. You said you're going to go back at the cafeteria, right?"

"Yes..?"

"So um- uh can I.."

"Can you?"

"C-can I visit the cafeteria later too? A-after my work?" Jungkook hung his head low, face gone red because of embarassment. Jimin noticed it, chuckling before walking up to Jungkook and pinched the bridge of his nose. A sign that the omega wanted the alpha's statement more like a promise. "You can Jungkook"

Jungkook smiled before tapping the other's knuckles twice, "I promise. See you later" and with that Jimin left with a soft smile and wave at the younger. Leaving Jungkook smiling as the older's figure goes smaller as he walk away.
