I'm the First In Command, but let it be known that a position is just a placing. In this organization are skilled and experienced members who you shouldn't turn your back to. I've been working with them for nearly two and a half years- so any disrespect taken to them is disrespect taken to me- And I don't tolerate disrespect at all. Keep that in mind.
