CHAPTER 07 - They became nice

☕︎JUYEON's POV:

It's friday and HaEun still had a practice song for their foundation day. "Say Hi for me to Kyungsoo oppa!" she yelled on the gate before she entered her friend's car.

I groaned and roll my eyes to her. She's been annoying me since the last night.

I wear a sky blue shirt together with my white jeans and black flat shoes. I didn't put on any make up, I'm not in my mood to have a make over. I tied my hair and boo I'm ready for work.

I have a pepper spray now on my bag, in case. LOL. I look like someone who hasn't been poisoned yesterday.

"Goodmorning Ms.Kim"

As I entered the company, staffs always look at me with a smile and with warm greetings. What in the world is going on, I feel like I've been respected by all of them.

"Is this how being a hero feel?" I mumbled to myself and laughed slightly like an idiot.

"Goodmorning, I'm sorry, I'm 5 minutes late" I said as I slowly close the door of their practice room. I turned around and I was schocked of what I've seen.

They're standing infront and all looking at me, "What's wrong?" I asked them. My tone is kinda mad, I mean I've been mad at them since the first day of my work.

"KAMSAHAMNIDA!" they all said and bowed 90° like am I Lee Soo Man haha. "Thank you for risking your life just to protect us" they added while their head are still down.

"We will promise that we'll behave from now on" Chanyeol said giving me a warm smile.

"We will not act like child from now on. We will be good to you" Baekhyun also said.

"Sorry for risking your life just to protect us who hasn't been good to you" Chen said as he smirk at me.

"We will treat you the best that we can" Xiumin smiled. Acck his gummy teeth, I've just seen those gummy just this day.

I'm really happy hearing those words from them, it's such a refreshing moment. But there's still someone I want to hear. But, nevermind he hates me though.

"Thank you, I was really touched" then I pretend to wipe a tear from my eyes. "Go on and continue practicing or whatever you are doing" I smiled at them.

☕︎SEHUN's POV:

All of them apologized to Juyeon except for me. Why? Becuase I'm too shy. I didn't know what to say and I have nothing to say.

I'm even surprised by her action. It was my water bottle and that woman in the black tried to poison me and all of the sudden Juyeon saved me from being poisoned.

I want to pay her back by her kindness but I'm too shy to do anything for her.

"KAI!" I whisper yell that anyone can't even hear. I pat Kai's back to get his attention and he finally notice me.

"Can you go with me for a while?" I asked him. He nodded and we both went out the room.

I take him to the men restroom and I think this is the safest place for us. "What are we doing here?" he asked me. "Don't tell me that you're afraid to go alone in restroom? haha" he teasingly said.

"No, that's not it" I said crossing my arms.

Kai is really a pro in terms for getting a girl's attention and what to do to ask them out. But I will not ask Juyeon out duh I'm too cool for her.

I ask him what should I do to payback Juyeon's kindness to me, "Ask her for a date and your treat!" he said.

"I won't ever ask anyone for date duh. Maybe a bit formal that's also connevted with work"

"Aha, I've got an idea!" he said to me pointed his index finger to his head like a genius.

He neared his mouth to my ear and whispered something.

☕︎NARRATOR:

It's already noon and it's time for lunch, the weather for today is so cold like you can just fall asleep anytime.

"What should I buy now?" Juyeon asks them. "Chicken?" Chanyeol suggested. Everyone agreed to him.

"Just come with me, Juyeon" Chanyeol.said as he grabbed a key from the door. "Uh-okay" Juyeon said and walk after Chanyeol.

☕︎JUYEON's POV:

The elevator has been occupied by awkwardness just Chanyeol and I standing with our hands on our pocket.

"You're such a brave girl" he down his head and giggled a bit. His deep voice just creeped every single nerve in my body. He sounds so manly.

I just nod at him and smiled a little. We both walk outside and the wind kinda froze me. I hold myself because it very cold, "Aish, I should have brought jackets" I mumbled.

"Are you cold? Here, take my padded coat" He offered me his coat.

"Hehe no thanks, you'll get cold if you didn't wear them"

"It's fine, I've got an extra coat in my car. Here." he gave me his coat. I bowed my head to him and smiled. I wear his coat and such a manly scent of his perfume filled my nose. I wrapped it on my body and finally entered the car.

I attempt to sit on the back but he told me to sit beside him. "Um 'kay" I said and opened the door of front seat.

He played some music, "She's such a motivator, I gotta get you here. So sick of saying yes sir, yes sir~"

"MAROON 5!!" I squeaked.

"Woah, you know them? Cool"

"I love that band!!" I said with a cheesy tone in my voice that made him laughed. Again his deep laugh creeped in my nerves.

We bought a 3 buckets of chicken, some rice cakes, and energy drinks. Driving with Chan is very enjoying, we just sing and like having a live concert. haha.

"You have a good voice" he said. "You have a unique one too" I compliment back to him.

I can say that now I feel comfortable to him unlike the other day that he always annoying me.

"Who wants some chicken?" Chanyeol shouted to the room as he holds the buckets of chicken.

The boys silently form a big circle and they put the food in the middle. "Join us" Baekhyun said tapping the seat next to him.

I sit right next to Baekhyun and Xiumin. "Let's dig in!" Baekhyun playfully yelled and they get theirselves a chicken and rice cakes. "Here ya go" Xiumin said to me and gave two chickens on the plate and 3 rice cakes. "Thank you" I said.

While eating I looked at them one by one. They didn't eat silently but still mess with each other, they were all loud specially Baekhyun and Chen. Kyungsoo and Kai is just silently joining them while the others were just riding the vibes.

I sneaked a glance to Sehun who never speaks, he's kinda thinking something really deep. He caught me staring at him and I suddenly look away pretending that I'm looking at the wall.

I still sneak glances on him, BRUH HE'S STILL LOOKING AT ME! This is such a lesson, never look to Sehun, Never sneak peak at him. Never Never.

"YA, JUYEON!" someone called me. It was Sehun, WAIT HE CALL MY NAME? REALLY? AS IN MY NAME? "Juyeon-ah" Baekhyun pat my shoulder.

"Oh, yeah why?"

"Sehunnie was calling you" he said pointing Sehun whose still staring at me.
