Best Friends (Sasha x Connie) Modern AU

Chapter 41

*Sasha's POV*

This is so exciting! I can't wait to see the look on their faces when this prank lays on them.

Me and Connie set up the prank, and it's gonna be good. I'm so excited, I can't even breathe anymore.

The prank was when Reiner opens the door to the Titans' secret base, it'll set a loud alarm, which will signal me and Connie to fire our giant canon loaded with 10,000 red tomatoes. Annie will receive the cue and bomb the base. Then Levi will call the military police to get them arrested for good.

This is it. Me and Connie are already inside their base. Before the prank was about to begin, I whispered softly at Connie's ear,

"This is it, bro. The biggest prank we'll ever pull in all our friendship years, excited?"

He nodded slowly, "yeah. When we're older and all mature-ish, we're gonna remember this day, and laugh about it while eating potato skins."

I giggled softly and gave him a small grin, "Connie, I-"

Footsteps. The Titans' footsteps...they're here. Me and Connie forgot about our conversation and got ready.

As soon as Reiner opened the door, the loud goat screech echoed at the whole room. Connie heard the alarm and shrieked loudly,

"FIRE!!!!"

I immediately fired the canon at every single titan in the room. After the 10,000 tomatoes were all fired, I opened my eyes, to see the whole room covered in smashed red tomatoes.

Reiner was at first speechless. Then, he screamed,

"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!?!"

I smirked and shouted, "ANNIE!!! ITS YOUR CUE!!!"

Annie heard my call and threw bombs at every single titan she sees. After that, all the Titans...were covered in pink flour. Eyes pretty much blind.

Levi called the military police. Hitch and Marlowe signaled the commander (a.k.a Nile) and the rest of the military police, and maybe a few Garrison members.

When all Titans were arrested. The higher ups and a few of our classmates (Levi, Erwin, Hanji, Petra, Isabel, Hitch, Eren, Mikasa etc.) began investigating the base.

Me, Connie, Jean, Armin and Annie were outside the Titans' house. We were all so happy the Titans and all that torture...are all gone.

Us five were the first ones to go home. Now that the Titans are gone, we could do whatever we want. We can have our own houses and...make our lives better.

When we got to Connie's house. The three began packing up. They were about to start new lives and build their own houses.

I was sitting on the couch, watching sponge bob. Then Connie opened the door. When I turned around, he looked surprised.

"Woah, Sasha. You're still here...aren't you gonna start packing up like the rest are doing?"

I shook my head with a smile on my face, "nope. I'm staying here. Not going anywhere..."

His eyes widened as he jumped on the couch, right beside me, "so...you're staying here? You're not joking?"

I shook my head again, laughing this time, "a best friend never leaves his or her best friend behind. That's part of the vow. I'll never break that promise."

He gave me big, sort of...romantic hug...my cheeks were red and I was blushing hardcore.

After the hug, he let go of me, asking, "so... What do you wanna do now, bro?"

I smirked, "whatever we want..."
