Okay the last chapter was Payne so this one will be better. My four obsession will end at one point I'm sure but I feel like this song has the same vibe as this chapter
"I don't feel like writing today," I mumble, sitting on the couch.
"Me neither."
"I want to go shopping," I say, surprised at the energy I had.
"What for?" Niall asks.
"Not sure. I'm gonna shower before I leave."
"Skylar," he says, hesitation in his voice.

I didn't blame him for not trusting me to shower, but he was starting to act like my mom. He sits on the floor near the sink, singing, talking, while I rinse shampoo out of my hair. This was the only compromise I could come up with that didn't involve him being in the shower with me or not taking a shower at all. I know he only wanted to make sure I wasn't hurting, and after this morning on the balcony, I fully understood his reasons that lead to him sitting on the floor of the bathroom, chatting with me about, currently, the best place to get fast food.
"Fuckin Wendy's? Really?" He says, sounding disgusted.
"Have you never had a baconater? Ever?"
"It's Wendy's? There is nothing special about it. It's so incredibly average."
"Whatever. Go away so I can get dressed."
I hear him standing up and leaving, closing the door.
I dry my hair and change into a white sweatshirt and some brown pants. Really making an effort for my appearance.

Niall drives us to a mall near his house, and I immediately feel excited. I squeal as I get out of the car.
"I love the mall!" I say, jumping around a little bit. I hear Niall laughing. "What's so funny?"
"You get so excited about little things. It's cute," he says, smiling.
